Breakfast was great. We were offered freshly-made eggs each morning and the rest of the buffet was good as well.

The bathroom was tiny. The room looked as if it could use a deep clean (fan in the bathroom was very dusty and there were stains on the walls). But overall the rooms were fine, but not fancy. The cathedral bells rang at 6:30 Monday morning, not a fault of the hotel, but light sleepers beware.

our room was under the roof and very hot at night. A fan was provided, but we still found the room very warm.

Location of the hotel is in the middle of The Old Town which is perfect for citysigh.

We have had mini bar in the room but the fridge did not work. When we report the problem the young lady at the desk said that she cannot do anything about it. On the check out day we report it again but the receptionist did not bother at all...

Everything you'd ever expect from a *** hotel were delivered. Calm location in the outskirts of the (rebuilt) old town with many bars and restaurants. Convenient parking on the square in front of the hotel.

There are no atrium ; - )

Hotel Atrium is in a nice, quiet location in the Elblag Old Town right off the main cathedral and a short walk to all the restaurants and sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the stay worthwhile.

The Hotel is very welcoming. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The view form the front rooms is amazing - directly to the main tower and market square, which is full of restaurants. Whole city is easily accessible by walk from the hotel. My wife had to arrive to the hotel really late and she had awful time travelling, so we asked them to pack breakfast to go, and they took great care about it - as if I would be making this breakfast to go for myself at home (tasty sandwiches of fresh bread with vegetables, jambon, cheese and butter). By the way, all the packaging had NO plastic, purely recyclable carton and paper. Room itself was spacious and functional. Bathroom was clean and good looking. Hot water temperature and pressure were good, air extraction was working as it should.

As further improvement, I would only wish there bed side clickers to switch off the main lights, electric room locks with cards.

The staff was very accommodating even arriving at almost 1 am. Extremely helpful with directions to things in town. Added us that the staff spoke very good English
