breakfast, no self service

- large room, large balcony (also tv in balcony), refrigerator in room; shades for the windows - decent breakfast - right next to beach which is also included in room price (you get a voucher from reception for beach in front of hotel) - swimming pools also available (didn't test)

- 2 mattress for a large bed which were quite soft, easily to feel discomfort as a couple sleeping together - no slippers or robe in room for pool usage - at breakfast you need to be served which causes quite some bottlenecks at rush hours (it's no more covid restrictions) - few parking places at hotel. I was given a pass to park on public blue places but had to pay some euros when leaving

Staff was extraordinarily attentive and friendly. Room left nothing to complain about. Pool decent sized although probably packed during summer season. We went mid- September and were practically alone. Breakfast very rich.

Reception was underwhelming, we suspect language barrier had something to do with it. However whenever no elaborate explanation was needed (e.g breakfast) as mentioned staff was outstanding.

Location of the hotel is directly situated at the beach. Parasols and beds are available for free. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. The chairs are not with towels. Free bikes are available. Valet parking was perfectly arranged.

Staff didn’t communicate a lot because most of them didn’t speak English or German. At the end we were surprised that we had to pay 20 euro tourist tax which was not specified during the booking.
