The staff were amazing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large warm room with balcony. Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Excellent a la carte restaurant.

Beautiful golf course. Place is clean and staff very friendly. We enjoyed walking in the estate it is very safe and even at night we felt safe. The reception and restaurant has a fire place that makes it very cosy. The golf club is walking distance and not expensive with their drinks and food. We had a sundowner on the deck. Beautiful bird life and very tame peacocks. Overall nice place.

All was nice can't complain. Loadshedding was bad but they have a generator. I suggest getting solar to make everything more stable. It was a bit of a problem everytime the electricity went off and it took a while before the generator kicked in. I will also suggest getting Netflix.

The receptionist ladies were lovely and friendly

Carpet on the room was dirty, room was not properly cleaned worse myself and my mother got sick from the room carpet dust. I don't think will book again this hotel was my first time and last. We gave our feedback as well to the reception ladies. Was not happy at all. Room was smelling dust. From the corridor carpet dirty inside our room was worse.

Overall evening hotel staff service was poor, was a mission to get any requests like baby cot (which was requested prior), missing amenities in the room, refurbishing in rooms needed. Room service attendant reeked of alcohol and didn’t look sober. Food was really good, morning staff really helpful and friendly. Easter Buffet was exceptional, would highly recommend.

Damaged curtains, cannot close fully, you get morning sunlight🙈 3. Fridge does not work 4. No tv remote to switch on & off. The Dstv remote cannot power the tv. 5. Bathroom door jammed, stuck in closed position. 6. Terrible pillows, my neck hurts, should’ve have at least had a selection of pillows. 7. Reception wasted our time checking in, they couldn’t bother looking up their system to the payment from bookings.Com…waste of time… Would not recommend this hotel

Staff and location were very welcoming and tried to make our stay as good as possible even with Load Shedding

Maybe some more interaction regarding the golf facilities, could not see any info in the room that explained booking and or playing, we were international guests and wanted to play.

It was good and could get good portions and variety. The view of the golf course before the sunset was beautiful and enjoyed the layout of the swimming pool. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room that we had chosen was opposite the villa section and therefore we felt that people walking outside could see the inside of our room. The sheets were a bit torn, think its from ironing/drying.

The rooms were not cleaned properly throughout the stay. They just made the bed and tidy up. The glasses were not stored practically and we always had to request an extra wine glass. the chiller or bar fridge wasn’t cold, didn’t seem like it was working

The air conditioner was not working well, it was stuffy inside the room

It's good for adults and it's so relaxing but not for kids . They will be bored
