Location, staff and restaurant

Room 200, cannot stand up, very small and no shower. Still a great hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel. Very profesional and gently staff, big room cleared evey day, perfect restaurant and great location right on the beautiful beach. We had family apartment at graund floor with 2 bedroom, livingroom and terrace. Of couse, fantastic breakfast was not missing. A lot of choises with 3 diferent juses and coffi enjoing few meters from the water, sea view on terrace of restaurant. I fully recomended Hotel Dobrovid. My expectation were repleted on 120%.

Small thing: cleanses of room wasn’t so good

The main benefit if the hotel for sure is the location! It is right on the beach, the view from the window (if you choose sea view) is perfect. Also we liked pool area, it is rather rare in Croatia. Breakfast was tasty. The beach bar is nice. Free spacious parking for customers. We had an apartment, it is really spacious for the family, 2 bedrooms and a dining room.

There is a kitchen in the apartment, but unfortunately you can not use it, they told that guests are not allowed to cook! It was not big problem because we stayed just for 2 nights, but it is would be not nice at all if I stay for a week or more, because I want to cook sometimes, so I choose an apartment with cooking facilities. Also we did not like that there is no balconies on the 1 floor, just on the 2. I would like to spend some time on the balcony or terrace with such wonderful view.

great location and nice clean room

Excellent location directly on the beach, super friendly and helpful staff, hygiene at its best. We arrived 9 in the morning and the receptionist immediately asked the maids to clean our room ASAP, thus, we could get our keys at 10AM instead of 12AM. In the meanwhile we were invited to have breakfast on the house! Rooms and common areas were cleaned and sanitised thoroughly (even the barriers around the pool). Dogs are offered water and snacks (!) in the restaurant :)

I liked that an atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly, informal and cozy. Every staff member was caring about the hotel as it would be his own. All requests were fulfilled immediately without any delay. Rooms were cleaned on everyday basis. I would really recommend Hotel Tamaris for everyone who wants a relaxed holiday on the beach or near a pool!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Room was clean, it's not spacious but it's enough for two people for a night or two. Location is awesome, almost at the Baška beach with the great view at the bay.

Please remember that deckchairs on the beach do not belong to the hotel (you need to pay ~20 Euro per day if you want to use it), it might be not obvious for everyone.

You can’t get a better location. It is the closest you can get to the pebble beach with crystal clear water. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was wonderful as well. We did half board, and the dinner waiter was so wonderful!!!

A bit expensive for the low season

I think that this hotel is a real diamond. It had outstanding location, that beats everything else! Literally, there is a door to the beach from the hotel, you wake up with a sunrise over the sea and have a breakfast with the view! Amazing! Please also note, that the rooms were a bit renovated and floors changed to wooden, and it looks much better than on photos. Reception staff is extremely nice and welcoming, especially Ema, she is a real face of hospitality! I really hope that the hotel survives this difficult times!

Everything was good, I would just suggest couple of improvements: update the hair dryers and have a place to hang the beach towels, etc on the balcony
