*** A cozy and charming retreat in Cannes ***
We stayed at Cannes Villa St. Barth from June 8th to June 15th, 2023, for our anniversary trip. This beautiful Villa is located in a quiet and scenic area, just a few minutes by car from the city center and the beaches.
Our room was spacious and elegant, with a comfortable king-size bed, a terrace overlooking the garden. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Villa offered an delicious authentic French breakfast every morning with personal choices, with a variety of freshly backed croissants, local fruits, etc. Although we didn’t use the available spa, we enjoyed the pool, and the outside sitting/bar area, where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.
We had a fantastic time at Villa St. Barth, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and charming retreat in Cannes.

pool area and garden are pretty. room and bathroom very nice but no door to bath/ shower section
staffing / organisation. salad took 3 hours to arrive and then I found it was being used for an instagram shoot with a model holding it (and was told to get out of the photo) before they tried to give it to me. Just awful. when I complained, they made another salad half an hour later and gave us 2 free cocktails but honestly it was just such a rude disrespectful and awful experience. honestly wish I’d never stayed there.
the first day by the pool there were instagram shoots all day and we had to keep getting out of the way. the pool was shut the whole of one of the two days we were there without warning.

The property has a lovely garden & the beds are comfortable however it’s just quite simply not a 5 star hotel. We paid circa €500 for a night in a room that didn’t have a shower, only a bath. It’s a 30 min walk into Cannes, the patio door lock was broken and I was served a burnt omlettte (how do you burn an omelette......) for breakfast.
Horrendous value for money, terrible location, no shower, broken locks & burnt omelettes. All for $550 for one night. Bargain.

Anastasia, the masseuse was amazing. Valerie was a lovely person and did make me feel at home but this is a guest house as opposed to a hotel! Should not be rated as a 5 star on booking.com
Not 5 star at all. The pool area was dirty and not up to standard. I would not rate it at all. I had to carry my luggage and that is not 5 star ratings. There was hair in the bathroom, the seat in the room was damaged, the bathroom was damaged. I was basically on the side of the street. The food was way too overpriced and no variety. The main entrance door would not work and had to go around the back entrance. This is not good enough. I paid in full so I had to stay but I would have left the minute I set foot in!
