Less than 10 mins from the transport hub at the National Theatre, it was easy to reach by train from the airport. It is situated at the top of the hill just beyond the Queens Castle and its Park, It's about half a mile (800M) from the busiest shopping areas, but has some nice facilities around it; restaurants, shops and bars. They feel more local and less touristy than down the hill' Fabulous blackout curtains! The best I've ever come across. The room was small twin room (but I've stayed in much smaller) but clean and there was plenty of room between the beds. (None of that 2 single matrasses on a double base nonsense - you choose a twin bed for a reason!). The room had chairs to sit and eat, and basic cooking facilities, AND a fridge! Great, because Norway is an expensive place. I thought we might need to use the trams that run right outside - but everything was so near, we just walked. Overall I really liked it and I would definitely stay again.

The pillows were rather soft, as was the matrass. I think whoever changed the sheets on my last night must have forgotten to turn the matrass back the right way -it felt odd. (But all sheets and towels were clean). It was a little noisy with the windows open (tram, restaurant across the block), but not enough to make me close the window.

Great location, just up from the palace. 24 hour reception. Comfortable rooms. The 20% discount at the coffee shop downstairs was a nice bonus!

There were no linens for the extra bed in our room. The night receptionist was kind enough to go scrounge some up, but then we had to make up our own bed. There was a very noisy tram that ran right outside our room all night long.

Cocha pensjonat offers semi good accommodation in the heart of Oslo , easy access to stores and train stations with Taxi stands while being walking distance to the palace garden.

The place need to have more helpers to help the travelers in carrying bags and they need to change the bedsheets on daily bases with cleaning the rooms more often. The only time they cleaned the room was before checking in and when I checked under the bed their was dust everywhere.

Great location. The hotel is located in the city center. Just 5 minutes walk to the Royal Palace. A very nice park is just around the corner. Shopping and restaurants are in walking distance. We did not expect much from the room appliances, furniture etc, because it is not a fancy hotel.

The room was for 3 people, but there was only one plug socket. We had to take turns charging our phones. Moreover, no plug socket in the bathroom, so it was challenging to blow dry the hair. The room was for 3 people, and in the hotel photos, there were 3 beds. In reality, we got two beds and one folding sleeping chair, which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. When I asked reception about the arrangement, they told me that some rooms have 3 beds and I had to specify the need for such room during booking. I did not see the option during booking and did not know I had to write the request. Very slow internet. Reception told me that it was because they had lots of guests. In this case, the hotel should not say free internet. Hostels in the mountains have better WiFi and internet.

Location is great. Walking distance to everything, but since my families are not strong walkers, we took taxi quite a lot, which was a waste. Because indeed, you can walk to everywhere interesting in Oslo.

Hotel en room were clean, little or no noise from other rooms and good location. Free coffee.

The hotel has poor sound insultation; I can hear people talking in the next room and also the traffic noise coming from outside. The towel provided is not clean enough.

Location, easy access from station or bus stop from airport. They have lift. Spacious room. Love the colour of the interior as well.

No kitchen. Room a bit cold, we stayed in winter btw.
