Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden areas, pool was small but heated which was great to be able to swim early before leaving. Little playground very convenient for family with kids. Rooms were very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. The security manager was very kind and courteous, always making sure we have everything we need.

Little feedback, front desk agents could explained a little bit better about the hotel amenities, such as timing and location for the pool and breakfast, as well as explaining about the pool towels. Other than that, everything was great. An amazing stay.

Great place to stay while you’re in Querétaro.

The construction on the main highway makes the area a little difficult to access and move around in, but when it’s finished the area should be back to normal.

Restaurant service is best - love the Sunday AM buffet. Bed comfortable. Nice TV with Netflix.

Needs paint in the rooms. Cleaning staff SUPER annoying in the mornings to kick us out.

Very big room with a huge bed and smart tv, which was nice.

The a la carte food was really bad and expensive for what you got. And just one vegetarian option. And the location is far from the city centre, so if you want something decent to eat you need to get to a cab. In the evening and early morning there were people screaming in the hallway; very well hearable in the room.

They didn’t have enough pool towels, food is not so tasty. Music too loud and inappropriate for families

The hotel is fine for what it is.

I’m in Querétaro for a few months currently. I needed a hotel yesterday because there was a problem with electricity in the house I’m renting. The only reason I had to be in a hotel was to have a place to work. The hotel has 3 networks. And they each seem to work for about five minutes at a time and the only way you can get anything done is to constantly toggle between them. Absolutely ridiculous. Added hours to what I had to do. Setting up and maintaining a working network in your building isn’t difficult. If you don’t, you’re either lazy or incompetent. Get it together. Don’t be worthless.
