Host Stergos picked us up from the airport. Very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
Lovely spacious apartments that are extremely well maintained and very clean. Towels and bedding changed every 2 days and bins emptied. Great location - very peaceful and a short walk to the beach, supermarkets and tavernas. We have been to Kos a few times but this was our first visit to Marmari. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the resort and apartments. We will definitely return and would certainly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great house and garden, the apartman is furnitured with great tastes and care (complete mosquito nets, for example).
Bed is comfortable, bathroom is spacious, balcony has a good size. Kitchenette is well-equipped for everything.
Wi-fi signal was really-really poor.
(And an other problem, but this is not because of this place: from one of close hotels had a musical program every each evening and nights...It was horrible listening, mostly if you booked this place for its calm area...)

The style of the building is very fresh as you’d espect on a greek island. Nature is very close and the frame is very peaceful. Room ls are fresh, clean with a touch of little retro like a summer house in the mid 60’s but rivisitated. Host is very kind and helpful and gave us smart tips to reach out his place from kos town.
The anti mosquitos fluid to plug-in the room didn’t work that much. We’ve been biten despite it. 😅 suggest to find something more effective.

Walking distance to the beach, clean & spacious apartments, very friendly hosts - Stegros and his mother. I liked the garden and the relaxing ambience of this place.
Mosquitos in spite of the mosquito nets were a bit of a nuisance.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was very clean and the position in the middle of the island was ideal.
Staff is very kind and the view from the terrace was amazing. Quite place far from the noisy roads.
The mattress was a bit too hard.

Nice staff and great location. We asked for a room with view to the sea and we got it, what is more, we got a room with a spacious balcony and gorgeous view to both the mountains and the sea. The beach is only a 5-minute walk from the apartments and really quiet, not many people go there. But there are many other beaches along the coastline. The centre is a 20-minute walk. There is a smaller supermarket near the apartments and a bigger one a bit farther (about 15 minutes). The place is generally quiet, no night-long music or partying. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for traditional Greek accommodation, Anthia is a great choice. We were fully satisfied with our stay and were lucky to have a spacious apartment, perfect for our family of 3, with sea view, good aircon and fairly good wifi and all necessary equipment. The location is very quiet and just a short walk to the beach. Supermarkets and a few tavernas are within walking distance. Stergos was a most gracious and helpful host. We would definitely come back to Anthia.

Of course it is always a matter of personal preferences. We do not like the concept of big resorts, so Anthia was an excellent choice for us. It is relatively small facility in private operation. In a quiet location, small supermarket nearby and you can get to the beach on foot in 5 -10 min. Also you can reach Tigaki easily by bike or even on foot. The room is spaceos enough. It is simple and yet very comfortable. We had everything we needed: refridgerator, small stove, dishes, shades to dark the room, mosquito net that you can open/close. The room was clean when we came and was cleaned on a regular basis. Balkony was nice and ours had a beautiful view on a piece of the see and hills of the island accross. It was so pieceful in the morning to have a breakfast there or in the evening watching the sunset. Stergos (the owner) was very nice and helpful, gave us a lot of information.

Stayed in studio for 2,decent size room, good aircon,mosquito net.
Beds ok but a little hard. Nice quiet place ,pretty garden.
Cleaned every 2 days with clean bedding and towels.
Our flight was late night and we keep the room for all day with extra charge
