las camas son muy duras de muelles y las almohadas de bolitas de algodon. para ser un hotel de esa categoría y el precio que tiene las instalaciones están viejas y poco cuidadas. el spa no es un spa como tal, es una psicina con dos chorros para el cuello y dos camas de agua antigüas, muy incomodas para tumbarse porque te clavas los hierros y el chorro del cuello da en las orejas y cara y molesta, salen con presión distinta por lo que es incómodo y tampoco tienen dónde reposar la cabeza. el jacuzzi tiene el agua más fría que la de la piscina, así que nada...y la sauna está con los azulejos desconchados y moho así que no te puedes sentar. cómodo no es y relajante tampoco. el desayuno es variado pero sin mucha calidad. he estado en hoteles de esta categoría con este precio con mucha mejor calidad en todo.

me gustó la ubicación, con un entorno precioso, aunque está un poco anticuado el mobiliario y el interior del hotel en general, parece de hace 20 años, el precio es bastante elevado sino coges una oferta.
no me gustó que en el spa entrasen menores porque en vez de relajación, se produce el efecto contrario, molestando, gritando y jugando.

nada. en general todo muy bien. quizás precio excesivo para el bufer del desayuno. si vas 4 personas 60€ por desayunar no te lo gastas en la cafetería, que por cierto desayunamos excelentemente.

La propreté, le lieu magique , chambre très confortable vue mer, accès au spa.
Au premier étage donc au dessus de la cafétéria et du restaurant , très bruyant, bruit des tables et des chaises la journée et tard la nuit.

El spa y el desayuno. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Y la chica de recepción muy simpática y amable. Me lo guardo para futuras visitas. El restaurante muy amplio, muy buena atención y la cena estupenda.
No te proporcionan albornoz, ni chanclas,ni gorro para el spa por lo que tienes que ir preparado ( o bajareis como yo con pintas no recomendables)

Not much. The food at dinner was good.
Very misleading description of the property. You not going anywhere close to a golf estate. The spa is also very poor. You have to book a timeslot to go to the pool and then also have to wear a pool cap which they want to sell you.
The location was far out of the City. The price was poor value.

Excellent choice close to Santander. Restaurant was great and there is a snack bar with food available all day. Good service from the waiting staff both outside and at tables inside. Choice to eat informally or in main restaurant, both the same meu and fantastic food - the special menu included things we wouldn't have tried otherwise and was really good. Parking was no problem, always plenty of room outside so you don't need to go around to the car park which is about one street away. Area is very residential and feels safe and secure. Brilliant access to beach with enclosed lagood for safe swimming. Lift to rooms, everywhere clean including good pool/spa area. Really good management and team work hard with a smile - brilliant!
There was a wedding on but there was very little noise so no issues at all!

Lovely spacious hotel right on a beautiful beach. Sunsets were amazing. Staff polite, courteous and efficient. Our room was spacious with a large walk in shower, which I appreciated as I am disabled.
We ate dinner each night in the restaurant and the food was good, a couple of things not to my taste but I like to try things. Chocolate coulant pudding was delicious! So was the cheesecake according to my husband!

It's 1.5 miles from the Camino and Mogro train station. At restaurant charged 1.5 EU for a roll.

Breakfast was pleasant but the hot food would have been better if cooked to order rather than sitting and keeping warm. Only 5 bookings fir breakfast so there must have been a lot of food wasted. Nothing worse than an old fried egg!

English.ideal relaxing stopover before the ferry.
We had Paella in the cafeteria, which was excellent, but you do need to pre order before 1pm for the evening.
We requested a double bed, but were given a twin.
Breakfast choice was good, however the good selection of hot choices, eggs, bacon etc, were not even warm...very disappointing.
THere were a couple of large noisy groups, it would have helped if more table were available away from the large groups for couples who require a quiet breakfast, but all the other tables were made up for the evening .
What a shame in the past we have had a lovely hot quiet breakfast at this hotel.

The location was great for a relaxing stay.
There were Ukrainians staying in the room next door and the woman was shouting at the children for hours until I had to knock on the door and ask her to stop. She was also very rude to her children and abusing. Unfortunately I understand the language.

When we had ended our stay in the ridiculous top floor spa room with its porn lighting, we paid in full the amount we were presented with in the form of a printed invoice and we paid in full with CASH.
Two days later after returning to the UK we discovered this despicable hotel taken additional monies from my bank account without authorisation using the booking.com original booking information. this has been reported as theft to our back who are in the process of recovering the stolen funds.
When we had ended our stay in the ridiculous top floor spa room with its porn lighting, we paid in full the amount we were presented with in the form of a printed invoice and we paid in full with CASH.

excellent gem of a place located on the beach. I experienced the best service of our 20 day road trip of Portugal and Spain. Anna at reception was brilliant from check in to helping with luggage and then overall translation of Spanish to English.
they also have a doctor on call free of charge which helped us greatly as mum was not so well.
food is excellent - we are vegetarians the chef prepared fresh pasta ans in the morning we got tea and toast in the morning.
Theo other staff were all helpful even gave me a car ride for getting medication from the pharmacy.
we also got a late checkout without asking for it !! so that mum could recover better.
room was clean and tidy with extra blankets provided.
everything was just superb.
thanks will deffo visit soon. 10/10.

Beautiful hotel. Would recommend to anyone. Staff mostly helpful and happy to help. Reception staff spoke good English. Waiting Staff limited.
Cross the road and you are at the beach. There is a bar in the hotel, reasonably priced. Also a bar a few 100 feet away.
Spa pool was good, hot tub not so hot but good sit and relax in. We only stayed over night so didn't try any therapies .
Menu, we had half board but for me not much to eat. We did ask if anything else told no, and menu waved at. My meal was 4 small prawns came with artichoke but I didn't like them and 6 small deep-fried monk fish about half inch square. I did see people with chicken and chips but told no. At least chips would have been some more food as monkfish served on a small bit of lettuce.
