Room was comfortable, breakfast was good. I didn't use it but was told that the gym was excellent

Room had a lot of dust behind the curtain in the room. Was surprised that you’re not allowed to take pictures anywhere outside of the room.

The hotel was beautiful, large rooms and very comfortable. The pool was great as well! The restaurant served excellent food.
It often felt quite empty so some evenings it was just us in the restaurant which felt strange but overall nothing to complain about.

Great stay in Cluj Napoca, far from the very busy city center!Confortable room,friendly staff, delicious breakfast!
We like the property a lot for the heated pool, this year water was a bit cold in the morning.

Grand stylish luxury hotel with a stubby lobby ! spacious room with beautiful bathrooms with bath with jets big shower bidet! Very comfortable pocket sprung beds. Swimming pool ! balcony with city views. Great breakfast extensive buffet and live cooking. Friendly staff . The best hotel in Cluj Napoca!

The breakfast is really good. I went in summer so I was able to use the swimming pool, it was very good with a nice bar service.
The whole building is really nice with a nice garden, the architecture and decoration are great. The bed is big and provides everything necessary for a short or a long stay.

THERE IS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!
Staff totally unfriendly, no cleaning in the room. They were actually yelling at you when requesting something at the bar although you were paying.A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!
