Excellent place, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly host ,he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city and attractions. Would definetely recommend this place to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again.

Never been to a place offering such hospitality and kindness. Even brought a huge mirror after he realized we were getting dressed.
Perfect Location for attending a wedding at La Finestra Sul Fiume. it was in walking distance to shops, parking, the wedding venue and the little town of Borghetto which offers great selection of restaurants.
Also it had a little balcony which could be used to enjoy the sun.

It's nice accommodation with great breakfast. It's just a few minutes by car to Lake Garda. The owner is friendly and helpful. He recommended us nice places for the trip. If we visit Lake Garda again, we will definitely use this accommodation.

Alberto is one of the best hosts we've ever had. He was extremely kind, helpful, and really made sure we were comfortable. He went above and beyond - he bought us a package of coffee after asking him the brand he uses, he took out our clothes from the washing machine to dry, he made us dinner reservations at one of the best restaurants, etc.
Breakfast- lots of options - both savoury and sweet. great coffee too
Rooms - lots of outlets, good space, nice bathroom
We would highly recommend staying here!!

Breakfast, owner, room, location - you get more than you pay - definetely worth a stay.
They throwed away the hand soap bar, which they prepared in the room after we used it only one day - that's waste of resources.

Alberto! He was so friendly and helpful and really loved his job and tried to make it comfortable for everyone. Breakfast is great, everything you want, including fresh cappuccino. It’s nearby Borghetto with beautiful restaurants and 20 min from lake Garda. The rooms are really clean, have airconditioning and the bed is okay (a bit hard for my taste).

Nice location, beautiful and clean. The owners Alberto and his wife were very welcoming and accommodating. They even gave us advice on good restaurants in town and around. Delicious breakfast. You basically feel like home. There is a nice historical village nearby called Borghetto with some nice restaurants that are with few minutes walk. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we would for sure be back.

Large, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Great location, close to local points of interest. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Obvious care and thought about health and hygiene, with attention to masks, disinfectants and sanitizing. Breakfast was a worthwhile extra.

We loved the hosts, but were disappointed that no breakfast was on offer. The facilities were great and it was very clean
Breakfast should have been included in the price. However. The hosts were very attentive towards us. They made us a cup of tea in the morning, and also a cups of coffee on our arrival, and before our departure
