It is a 3rd floor with really steep steps. Not reccommended for people with low mobility. There is a 500 SEK deposit taken as soon as you access the property and you sign a contract for it. You have to clean the toilet, shower, floors.. etc to receive the deposit back.

The "bed" is a bit claustrophic. Also, the dishwasher did not work.

The location of the apartment is great. The apartment is spacious (for two people) with a great view of the Kattegat

The owner tried to be nice but made too many petty rules. There was a detailed checklist with the things to do before leaving. There were also clear instructions on how to close the door. The owner also charged additional costs for a card payment.

The apartment was situated nicely and had everything to offer that you need for a short trip.

When we arrived we had to pay a deposit of 500 SEK. We didn't get the full deposit back although we left the apartment the way we found it and did not destroy anything. I understand that we may haven't cleaned the apartment to perfection and missed some spots, however, it is plain rude to charge 300 SEK because there was dust on the floor and on the black (!) furniture and the bathroom wasn't perfect. The apartment was nowhere near dirty and it is unacceptable to charge that amount of money for a quick re-wipe. For the host it is an easy way to earn money.

The apartment was clean and nicely equiped except for the “bedroom”. Parking space was available.

The bedroom is under a steep roof, iT feels claustrofobic, especially in hot weather. I used the sofa. For the payment, there is nowhere written on Booking.com that you have to pay 3% extra when using creditcard. Also when you want to pay cash in euro iT is even more, 6%. The landlord is treating you as a child. With an extreme cleaning checklist. We always are tidy, but wiping the stairs/fridge/tv, hoovering the sofa etc, is like doing spring cleaning. We did not feel relaxed at all.
