Staff was very helpful (we borrowed an iron) and the room was very clean. Everything was working in a room, AC was fine. It was 10 mins walking to the city centre.

There is no lift so if you have big luggage it might be a problem, but there is special lift for guests with disabilities

No problems. Very clean and comfortable.

The location suited me well - 10 minutes walk from the bus station, with a bus stop outside the hostal with frequent buses to plaza Zocodover. I only mention it because if you want to sleep right in the historic centre, you might prefer somewhere else. You can walk to the historic centre in 15 minutes or so - but not in hot weather because you have to walk up a steep slope.

Hostal rooms very clean and the bathrooms also very clean. Location close to main attractions with places to eat close by.

Reception staff were not friendly in special the guy of the afternoon shift. Location is close to Toledo Historic Gate but Hostal is located on a steep Hill not idyllic for young children or older people. This is not describe on the the Hostal Add. The Hostal has not elevator and 5 floors very inconvenient when traveling with suitcases.

Exceptionally clean and very friendly & helpful staff. Ideally situated for a walk into the old city.

unfortunately one can hear traffic even with earplugs, and walls are so thin oone can hear people in the next room as if they were sitting next to you - not great for sleep

Overnight stop on way to Malaga. I have mild COPD so was concerned that my room was up 2 floors without a lift, however owner's son cheerfully carried my overnight bag upstairs. Everybody helpful.

Towards the middle of town but no nearby proper restaurants, just a couple of bars with snacks , Burger King and Dominos.

Clean, a little out dated hostel, not far away from Toledo most popular places

Noise of AC, especially water motor House keeper ladies started to make noise outside the door at 8 am In general owners cannot speak English at all, but that makes some fun too, right ? :)

Great location. We had the option to do an early check in without any adicional cost, which was great since we could leave our luggage in the room and go out to explore the city earlier than expected.

The price was adequate. Great view of Toledo. Easy to find. Very clean. TV, hot water and wifi worked well. Pleasant receptionist.

The city of Toledo has aggressively marked all parking spaces as metered "pay" spaces, making it impossible to find free parking in the city. Given that the hostel doesn't have a a free parking garage, this is something to consider if you are traveling with your own car.
