The property is almost new and my room definitely above our expectations.

Spa area, staff, free candy, terace, close to castle. Overall pleasant surprise.

Impossible to use the bathroom at night without waking my partner

The massage was great, upgraded to room with balcony and hot tub which we couldn't use because it was too hot, and had to make do with wine on the balcony!

The spa area is great and clean! The room is spacious and the view from the balcony is great.

There is a bar located just outside of the bedrooms down one end of the hotel. Wednesday night is uni night and if you are a medium to light sleeper don't expect to sleep before 2am because the music is insanely loud. Ear plugs did not help. We upgraded rooms the following night to a spa room, once we moved in the cleaning product smell was very strong, we vented the room thinking that would help but after being in the room for 1hr or so our eyes, nose and throat started to burn. We left the hotel for 5hrs and left the doors open and fan on thinking that would help but it only made a small difference. When we raised it with staff the staff member from the gym came to our room and said the strong smell is normal as ammonia is used here and in the gym showers and the cleaner would have cleaned the other rooms the same. We slept with both of the double doors open and the exhaust fan on in the bathroom. We had no other issues with chemicals in the other room. It's a shame because the facilities are good and it has good reviews so we must of just had a bad experience, be we had 1 good sleep out of 3. Maybe the cleaner can keep the roller shutters up after cleaning with ammonia or dilute it so it's not strong.

Very modern Spa/hotel and naturally superbly clean. Bathrooms immaculate, and rooms super comfy. Located close to a castle, but a 20 min walk to centre of Trento, it provides an ideal base. Riding a motorcycle I opted to ride up to reception, and park the bike (free) next to their veranda... security objected, but the receptionist over ruled the decision... Thanks. Paying the car price for the park space a bike occupies, always leaves a bad taste.

La location is very central and calm and the Hotel has a good design. The breakfast is very good.

The swimming pool is not including for guests, we must pay 20€! It’s a pitty that there are no service bar/ restaurant in the great and beautiful esplanade/ garden . It is a waste of this outer space and business sense!
