We didn't have breakfast. The location for us was perfect

We liked the room and the location.
We found the staff to look down there noses at us made us feel very uncomfortable.

I ordered room service breakfast on the first morning as I was alone. It cost £15. Unfortunately this was not worth the cost. The eggs were not great, and I requested fruit and granola which wasn’t provided. I was very disappointed in this aspect of my stay, so much so I did not have breakfast on the second morning as it felt overpriced for what was brought to the room. Such a shame

Great room and good facilities at the Spa

the hotel is beautiful set in a lovely quite area with scenic views and walks the staff was very friendly and the room was perfect, we enjoyed the jacuzzi,sauna and had a swim then had a lovely walk to the white lion for drinks and food made my birthday perfect.

Warm welcome and room ready early. The room was light and bright and on the ground floor as requested.
Pillows a little hard for our taste otherwise everything fine.

The Gym is a real plus for this hotel. The restaurant is a very good one with excellent service.

Liked itsbhad facilities but couldn't use them due to been full.
Didn't like the rooms stayed in better ones like premier Inn or travellodge.

False advertising since the bathroom presented in the picture it doesn`t match with the one you actually get.
Plates left outside for very long time, smelling very bad outside.

The room was big and luxurious, the hotel is only minutes from the motorway but you feel like you're away from it all.
Bed not made properly but easily finished off. Had to go out to eat but lovely Italian restaurant only minutes away.

room was lovely except a bath would of been nice
hairdryer was ridiculous, stuck in a draw, short lead, and had to keep finger on it that hurt after a while and i only have short hair!

Friendly staff, great location, spacious and very neat and tidy rooms, lovely decor, amazing spa, loved the breakfast, overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, I will definitely be back when in this area again
can’t fault it, however it would be nice if dinner was served at least till 10pm at the restaurant
