Good parking facilities

Very uncomfortable bed, dreadful bathroom, broken sink and toilet, very noisy location, people shouting throughout the night, horrible old blankets on bed

The staff went out of their way to help me with several things. Much appreciated.

There were bed bugs, which I realized in the middle of the night - 1am, so I went to sleep outside because the overall room was not really clean and was afraid I would have them also in the other room.

The people who work here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Louis always had a big smile on his face and was enjoyable to talk with. Everyone in our group slept wonderfully in the beds. The continental breakfast was good for the price. It was a short drive to Colmar (recommend parking at Parking Place Rapp parking garage) so the location was fantastic. Given the price and description we got what expected which was: a very small room with just a tv, bed and bathroom-no fridge, microwave, or other extras are in the room, which our group was fine with. Onsite parking is WONDERFUL, there were a lot of spots for guests.

The rooms, more specifically the bathroom windows and corners and the corners of the room, didn't feel thoroughly cleaned, although the bed sheets and towels were all very clean. There were 49 stairs to get to our rooms without an elevator. We had an older traveler with us that struggled with the stairs. This is not within the property's control but the left turn out of the hotel to go towards Colmar was a bit scary because the line of sight is not the best.

stuff and the “location” because it was near from the Colmar old city, from other hand location of the hotel was near frequent highway and literally the cars are driving under you room window, and you can’t sleep.

the room was extremely dirty, the blanket have hole in it was very dirty, the bed and the chairs have stains on it, the toilet smelled damp and there was mold in it. there were cobweb everywhere and everything was so dusty. Besides the dirtiness of the room, you can hear everything and everyone ( cars, people snoring from the next door, other guests walking in the hallway, every time someone flush the toilet in the middle of the night, it seems that the water is coming in our room, the isolation was poor.

Great value for money, only 10 min drive from the city Center. Perfect if you are travelling by car, and only plan to spend a night

I really liked the interior of the hotel. It was very pretty with the yellows and pinks. Everything was very clean and the personel was so kind and nice. I got to check in a lot earlier than I was supposed to and was very grateful to get out of the rain after riding my motorcycle. It's a good spot away from the traffic and the city but close enough to easily get into the old Colmar to see the old houses and little venice. They also had a very cute dog named Mowgli.

It was the cheapest stay to find for just one oversleep and fitted to the low expectation the price promised. I can recommend this place for low-budget-traveller.

The Google maps information linked to the address sent by bookings was, on the last kilometer, somehow confusing.

There was a nice dog at reception.

If you like being alive do not go there by foot since there is a main road where cars go 90 km per hour and crossing is near suicidal. There were foot steps on the sheets. We were told we can not get out before 7a.m in the morning. First time the staff commands me like that. Dirty all together smelly and actually disgusting.

Location great for Colmar - short drive or taxi. good value for money in comparison with Colmar prices as a result.

The patron was 'bluff' in attitude not seeming suited to hospitality business. Just his character l think not deliberately unfriendly. His wife and son friendly though. Check on restaurant opening hours if you plan to eat there at weekends.

1. The room wasn't up to the mark. It was quite compact, little space available. 2. It was dirty with some webs under the bed. 3. One of the blanket was burnt (little hole due to burning may be). 4. The other room of my parents were smelling very bad, not sure of what.

Good breakfast croissant. It is close to the highway which would be convenient if you come by car.

This hotel is not ideal for people without a car. It is close to a bus stop but you need to cross the entry to a high speed road to get there and there are no busses on Sundays or holidays. Room was average. Only 1 plug in the room. The hotel itself is about 5km from the station and 3.5km to city centre.

Rigid policy about check in if which we were informed only one day before. The heat was turned off when we arrived and it was turned off again when we returned at the end of the day. the room was cold. the shower was not very clean

Although the establishment is fairly spartan, everything worked well- hot water, shower, Wifi, the bed basic but comfortable. Good coffee and croissant for breakfast. Surprisingly good views and rural immediate surroundings belie the fact that it's in an industrial zone next to a main road.

It was not far from the centre of Colmar, and conveniently placed for onward travel.

The room was small and dingy. The bed was small. There was a continuous noise at night which kept us awake. The breakfast was poor and not included in the price.

Very late check in ( from 5pm !!!) We got just very small shower gel for two people, no shampoo, no water...
