Staff was very friendly

AC didnt work properly and we didnt have hot water :(

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the location was really convenient for me (walking distance) and there where plenty of places to eat near by. The room was tiny yet it had everything I needed for a week long stay. If I have to go back to guayaquil for some more clases I would stay in the same suites again.

A lot of traffic noice was noticeable from my room.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Close to the airport. Air-conditioning and fans were appreciated in the heat.

It's very close to a 3 lane road which is very loud. The bathroom wasn't 100% clean (sink had mud in it). The kitchen wasn't well equipped at all and we had to use our own camping pots. We have experienced much more for the same price elsewhere. It could really do with a few more home comforts like a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife or something to prepare real coffee. Small touches like free filtered water are always appreciated.
