The hotel provided a basic room that was clean and comfortable. The clerk was friendly and accommodating.

the hotel is a bit of a hike to the tourist center. a bit scuffed up in places but otherwise fine. wanted to try the spa but at 20 euro per person (and we were 5) it would’ve been too expensive.

I cannot fault the hotel or facilties or staff. Modern and comfortable. Good for business and workers more than leaisure I would say.

Thee are not many places to eat in the area.

I had a great stay. The staff were phenomenal (especially Pedram?). Rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable and modern, with a small kitchen closet. Only breakfast is served in the hotel, and the hotel is in a business district on Nantes Island without many restaurants. But the hotel is only a couple of blocks from the bridge across to downtown Nantes and only a short 15-minute walk away. Also a 15-minute walk to the train station. There is a grocery store and patisserie next to the hotel. A small bar in the lobby and outside patio were nice amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a wheelchair accessible room. Fantastic. Only point for feedback is that the door into an accessible room is very, VERY heavy. I could cope (but I am strong) for another person who might not have the strength they might struggle. This is in no way a complaint but just feedback. I would still 100% recommend this hotel, fantastic

heavy door but generally nothing to not like about this hotel, it is great. Up there with the best I have stayed in
