It has really good location. There are markets and restaurants nearby. It provides generous breakfast. It also has a fairytale view that we walked around a lot. It is 10 km away from airport, we booked taxi at reception which is really convenient. There is also a free sauna, which is really a good deal. We can also use Alipay at reception.

When I first moved in, there was several hair on the toilet which looks like it didn't rush through.

Staff was ok, but I need more than good staff.

Pictures wont reassemble the reality. The hotel is really old, in need of overhaul. Rooms are not modern, not cleaned properly and are really small. I would never stay again.

Staff were very friendly.

The breakfast selection was not very good. If you do not have a car then you always need to arrange taxi of pick up Service. Sauna was not always available.

No Hair dryer. heating inside the apartment was not good. we booked transportation from Airport to Hotel at reception. bur the driver did not drop by Apartments 602. we have to pull all the suitcases in snow

The staff was warn, accomodating and totally helpful in many things: booking a taxi, providing info about supermarkets, getting a bus, etc. It was also amazing being able to use the sauna outside public use hours.

Just didn't like the shampoo/soap available. Kinda difficult to use a foamy soap.

The mini bar had a very good selection and was very reasonably priced. We liked the Lappish feel and photos throughout the hotel. Our sauna and bathroom in our suite was a real treat!

I wish there was an elevator.

All clean and new. All staff, but one, friendly.

One breakfast was troubled. Arrived one hour before the scheduled end of serving breakfast and only leftovers were there. The staff did not refill/restock the empty trays. Visibly angry employee making noise to chase away the customers. We have not seen the same guy later.
