the location

There was a bad smell in the rooms and also humidity which is very bad for my dad we found 2 cockroaches in one of the 3 bedrooms we stayed in what they offer in the advertising is nothing close to the reality, to access to the beach we need a key and at 6:00 pm they lock the door so we can not access directly any more after that. Cable does not work and internet is super poor. no chairs or umbrellas to stay on the beach whereas in other places near there they are offered

Bad bed frame & poor mattress

Spending time away from the hotel.

Did not like the facility; it looks outdated, the shower leaked to the restroom, the bed was lumpy and the hotel's amneties charge was exesive for what we got. Ran out of water and they did not replenish. There was a pile of feces going down the stairs to the beach, been here almost a week and it is still there. The air conditioner made a ticking noise.
