really disgusting breakfast, food selection is minimal. Super cheap pillows in rooms

people working on the property are very friendly and welcoming. helped making many reservations on dinners and activities. very responsive to inquiries and assistance

internet connection is very poor. we needed to use our own provider’s service. Spa, gym are not ready for services.

Nothing really!it was not even ski on ski out as mentioned on the hotel website.it was a misrepresentation

Same as above!bad breakfast experience we had.our egg benedict was served on old stale bread with green mouldy fungus all over it.dont know how the cook and the server could no see it.the ski shop in the hotel cheated us with the ski and shoe rentals by charging us three times the normal rental!our mistake was that we didn’t ask them the rental charges before hiring as we thought it will be the same as we have been paying in our many previous trips.for 2 pairs of skis and 2 pairs of shoes for 5 days they charged us euro1700!!!this was a day light robbery!shocjed and disappointed with the trickery of the ski rental shop that was played on us.this has left very bad taste and experience about this hotel and the whole establishment.never again we are going to be staying in this hotel again.we are very disappointed!
