I love the reception , felt welcomed and warmth. Especially Cathy who was very patient and friendly with us . Wayne as well . He helped us with our room door as there was a problem locking .

Need microwave and there were some flies upon checking into the room

Price was amazing. Great meal at the pub. Room clean.

Room clean but furnishings not up to standard but for what we paid I think it was very good. Could hear noise from adjoining rooms.

Although value for money, there still needs to be some basic improvements. The room has an odour which l think is because the carpet needs replacing. Some filler and paint work on the furniture would also be a simple improvement.

Location was good, as was the cost.

The curtains were off the track or missing hooks and wall mounted lights did not work.

bed was a bit uncomfortable but other then that was a good stay

Staff very friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable. Food at restaurant ok as well. Would recommend or stay there again if the occasion arises.

Can you please make smoking designated area.. I haven't smoked for nearly 6 months,however the smell coming into my unit number 7 from neighbours was a huge let down. Even in the morning,open my front door to get some fresh air??NO all I got was smoke coming in so shut my door to not let smoke in. Not happy!!
