NO Toaster or Microwave No dish washing liquid or a towel to wash coffee cups after use to re use! No Tissues Guests next door to us were NOISY Apparently if we booked via the Nightcap site we would have got a complimentary light breakfast

The beds were good. The room was clean but very plain.

Step up into the room was hard for my elderly wife. Loud noise from the car park and road for most of the night made sleeping hard. Parking was limited near the room.

It was a good night stay we all enjoyed.

Need to have a box of tissues

The room was very clean & as described. The beds were comfortable. The staff were fantastic & service was great. Good value for money, will consider returning again.

The shower/bathtub had lining missing from the bottom which made showering uncomfortable.

Rooms were nicely laid out with all the furniture requirements of a few day stay. It was nice to have our own court yard, offering fresh air to the room & privacy. Having a Smart TV was great, it is a necessity in todays travelling requirements and the room Wi-Fi had a great connection. On arrival we were offered 10% discount off the restaurant menu, as well as 4 free drinks during dinner. The Motel was very central to our needs.

Checking in although pleasant, took some time which I found annoying as I had pre-paid and did the online pre-arrival... Nothing was ready for our arrival. The 10% off our bistro meal had us dining in on our first night, but maybe tell the bistro that is what is offered, we had to wait for management approval and the curry "of the day" was not available "on the day". (we only dined in once during our 4 nights stay due to this). The shower fills with steam quite easily & needs a fan to assist in pushing it up out the window. The room was neat & tidy, however on pulling back the sheets, the under sheet had dirty marks on it. The freezer door was broken and mouldy, and glasses in the fridge were not clean. On day 2 of 5 the toilet clogged, I reported it to 2x cleaning people and nothing was corrected in the remaining time spent, it would slowly empty, but it caused us to use the hotel restaurant for #2's. Lastly the court yard had smashed glass, which I was unaware of and stepped on a piece, cutting my foot, it was nothing major, but maybe be for attentive in keeping this area clean after a stay for the next holiday maker to enjoy the area.

Walking distance to the venue for indoor netball nationals. Close to Aldi .

food was over cooked at the Hotel and twice staff forgot items on my food order at the restaurant and required reminding.

It was in the main road and it had drunken customers, car raging at night, causing no sleep!!
