Caron and her husband were absolutely amazing! Could not do enough for us and our little boy (we were celebrating his 1st birthday and they went out of the way to make it special for him). Breakfast was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Room was spot on and so clean and tidy! 11/10

Room was spacious and very clean and beds were really comfortable. Hosts always on hand to help breakfast was gorgeous all cooked fresh and hot. Definitely top of the list to stay again when we visit Blackpool again.

Offered plenty of choice for breakfast, opted for full English, which didn't disappoint at all. Very friendly owners and recommended places to visit and eat whilst we were there. Would certainly recommend and would stay there again. On street parking at front door. Had an excellant sleep every night very quiet neighbourhood.

I couldn't find anything to complain about and enjoyed my stay.

They are perfect team, very helpful and friendly willing to help. They are very welcoming and go beyond to try and make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and not made from cheap stuff like many places. I would definitely stay there if am in town simply because its very homely. You can be in a posh bed but if the environment is not friendly its not worth for me.

Our stay absolutely exceeded expectations. The owners went above to make us feel at home. Not only were they lovely to chat to, but they also gave us a good lay of the land and excellent recommendations of what to visit in the city, they are clearly very knowledge as to its history. The accomodation itself is in a central location, it has everything you need including a tv and is quite cozy. The breakfast, which was included, was also incredible!

We booked the Penrhyn for one night to see a show in Blackpool. We visited a couple of days prior just to get our bearings and was greeted by the most lovely owners. In the bar area is a plaque saying Arrive as guests, leave as friend's. Most definately. Well Laurie and his wife Caron know customer service through and through. Explaining rules, local area and the warmest welcome noting breakfast requirements and taking an interest in us as visitors. Shear quality service. Our room was on the 1st floor and clean warm and provided everything some well established hotels fail to offer. We had the most comfortable nights sleep for a while. Breakfas was of a good portion and choice. Bearing in mind this is there home and business combined,we will be reccommending the Penrhyn and revisiting even just to say Hello to new found friends. Super service and a good quality premises and couple . Thank you both Mike & Linda x

We arrived during the time agreed and was greeted and given full information about the facilities available , we were made to feel at home and had chats at the bar in the evening with Laurie and Caron . the breakfast was varied and substantial and was excellent . The guest areas were decorated for Halloween , a lovely touch as it showed they cared about their guests . the room was clean and the beds comfortable I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone i know

where we live our local restaurants and cafe's provide round point scissors to open the sauce sachets as they can be a bit difficult at times to open . otherwise we as a couple have no other issues

It's gotta be the best bnb we have stayed at in Blackpool breakfast was spot on cooked well
