Great location close to centre of town but very quiet. Amazing view from balcony right on waterfront. George is a wonderful host and welcomed us with fruit, beers and raki. Room is compact and bathroom small but we loved our stay here

Excellent from the word go. Welcome pack of fruit milk water beer and chicken sandwich. Which was much appreciated as we arrived late at night. Lovely clean white bedding and towels changed frequently during our 2 week stay. Apartment cleaned daily by a lovely lady. George the owner , a very kind and attentive host gave us Easter gift and a bottle of fizz and cakes on my husbands birthday. Most of all a view to die for from our balcony. Looking forward to a return visit to Dolphin apartments 😀

The location can't be beat - the water is RIGHT off your balcony. George (host) was so helpful, friendly, kind, warm - he MADE the stay at Dolphins. Sufficiently equipped kitchen, he even left us a welcome gift of fruit. I forgot an item at the hotel and he went out of his way to put it on a bus for us to pick up in Chania as we passed through 1 day later - AMAZING.

Georgios was so warm and friendly. Lovely room overlooking the harbour.

.On arrival check in was easy. Some welcoming and thoughtful touches. Fruit bow,l, a couple of beers and water in the fridge. When we met George at his other accommodtion he was extremely welcoming and pleasant.

what more do you need clean comfortable and best of all the view. some people might find it compact and basic but this is traditional for Greece/Crete. we loved it so much we will definitely go back.

The view of Elounda bay, the Island and Spinalonga from the balcony is Delfina's/Dolphins' greatest advantage. The location could hardly be better if you want "central", and don't mind some traffic noise. The owner and host George, Γιώργος, is an example of the best of Crete : Hospitable, helpful and serviceminded, not to mention his sense of humour.

After having stayed at Dolphins a lot of times since 2002 we don't think much about this. Yes, it feels a bit small, and yes, the bathroom/closet doors solution could be better. But sit on that balcony with a glass of wine (or raki!) when the sun goes down behind the Oxá and lights up the Island, and you know that you made the right choice!
