Spacious, modern house with garden and pool. A well-equipped kitchen, cleanliness and a friendly welcome. The beach, bus stop, shops and restaurants are also a few minutes' walk away. In a quiet, beautiful street that is closed to passing traffic.

We have just returned from a fabulous 5 week family holiday. Chris ( the Host) was superb with all of my initial questions & any issues were literally replied to immediately and his dad Savvas ( the man on the ground dealing with pool cleaning, maintenance, gardening etc) was amazing and made sure we had everything just perfect for for our holiday. The welcome goodies were much appreciated ( the fruit display & variety were fab & every single piece was consumed) and our intermittent gifts of figs, cheese & wine were similarly enjoyed- thank you. We originally booked the villa because of its outside space and pool and we were not disappointed as it was even better than the photos with walk in steps rather than a ladder and the pool was kept amazingly clean and clear throughout our stay. There was plenty of outside seating areas both in the sun & shade and the sun beds were nice and comfortable- the sun was on the pool most of the time - there was always somewhere to suit everyone. The inside of the villa was clean and spacious & the kitchen area was well equipped. The en-suite to the main bedroom was a pleasant surprise and we arranged some midweek cleans & the cleaner was fabulous. The position of the villa to the bars, restaurant and beaches could not have been better. We were literally a five minute stroll from them all and there is a great variety of restaurants that are all pretty good- we tried most over our 5 weeks. The area feels safe and secure and nice and quiet. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fabulous villa and we have already booked again for next year. Sent from my iPad

We liked it all but the water in the shower & bathroom could have been more powerful & the beds could have had a thicker mattress. however, we were there for 5 weeks so being a bit picky as both were perfectly adequate for a normal 2 week stay.

everything about the house and the host is super responsive and helpful, this is the 2nd time we stay in this house for a week

Nothing

Great location is why we choose villas at the Cristal Lagoon complex for a few years already. Close to everything but no busy roads nearby so no traffic noise. Couple supermarkets at the entrance of the villa complex. Lots of places to eat out nearby. Nearest beach is small but full of sea life (how you like to pet an octopus?) - like 3 mins walk via a secret path to the left of villa. Larger Kalamies beach just a bit further. Okay, but not all villas are the same here. This one is very special as it has a large, well decorated & maintained garden area with roses, fruit trees and plants - I bet no other villa could provide you with a fresh peaches right from the tree ;) (per end of the May). Great patio area with fresh furniture, good size and very clean pool included. Also one point that might look minor but actually important for anyone preferring to breathe with fresh air at night - there are mosquito nets in two bedroom doors/windows upstairs! No other villa has it (except maybe for another villa of the same owner). Yes, the owner Mr. Savvas is also very special. He's really making an extra effort to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. This time he brought a new expresso machine with beans when we simply mentioned like to make a coffee! And I can assure you, no one could compare with his "welcome pack" - that's just a full fridge of food&drinks! Overall great communication and service.

Really lovely villa - great location and really well equipped. The owner was really helpful before and after with check in and check out.
