Very clean and fully stocked. The location on the beach was spot on for us. We like a relaxed and quiet area and this hit the spot. To get to more commercial areas, it was only a 6 or so mile trip to Surf City so very convenient. It was also just a short 4-5 mile trip across the North bridge to Sneads Ferry. The house was very clean inside. The outside was your typical beach house with a few years under its belt (the salt is very hard on everything) so it’s going to need some attention soon. We had a full house with 8 people and it was a little cramped but not horrible. Communication with the owner could not be better and we had no issues with anything not working or being broken. If I were to be critical of anything it would be not having an outside water hose to wash things off. They had a hand held shower head but a garden hose would be a nice addition. The outside deck and walkway to the beach is going to need some attention soon as well. Again, the salt is hard on everything! This wasn’t the nicest beach house that I’ve ever stayed in but it was far from the worst as well. I would say it’s a solid 4 star beach house with a 5 star location.

Great location by the beach

Had a great week here. The house was clean, great location to the beach and also to restaurants/activities. Amy was very responsive to questions. Had a great time and didn’t want to leave!

We spent three amazing weeks at God’s Grace! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with our family! The location was excellent and it was easy to get to destinations on either end of the island. God’s Grace was clean and had all of the amenities you would want/need. The level of comfort we felt really made it feel like home and we cannot wait to return someday.

We loved our time at God's Grace - everything was perfect from the time we pulled in until we left. We wanted a place on on the beach for vacation - with room for 6 kids, private, not crowded beach, amenties and close to things. This location was perfect. Amy was an amazing host - very responsive to all questions before and after stay. We will be looking to stay here again!! And recommending it to others!

Being pet friendly I kind of expected a little mess or "pet smell" but that was not the case here, it was exceptionally clean. We went out for dinner most days, but the kitchen was probably stocked better than mine. 1st floor gated deck was a favorite spot for our pup to sit outside with us. Great views & a quiet neighborhood, which is exactly what we wanted. Not a single complaint from anyone!

The location right on the beach was relaxing to see and hear and super convenient to access with littles and all the gear. It was nice to have bedding and bath towels provided, as that seems less common these days. Nice updates were made to the house. When we reached out to the rental company regarding some minor findings they were very responsive. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in Topsail! Beautiful view and very kid friendly! We just wished there was a little more furniture on the upper deck so we could all sit up there and enjoy the view. We loved eating breakfast and dinner on the porch. Would definitely rent again!

This was our first time to Topsail. The home is nicely situated on the beach. We enjoyed our walks on the beach from right off of our deck down the walkway. Spectacular view. It was a nice place for family spend time together.

Lovely property with an incredible location. Family friendly with perfect views of the ocean, great bedrooms and overall, just a really nice spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at Topsail. The house is connected to just one similar unit, so it was very private. Oceanfront!!!! The views were fantastic, and you couldn't ask for a better location. Amy, our host, was very responsive and helped us with finding restaurants etc. The Karen Beasley turtle rescue/hospital was a great experience, I recommend going. And there were two turtle nests near us on the beach, one was a Green Turtle nest and the other a Logger neck. We had hoped the baby turtles would emerge before we left, but this didn't happen...still it was fun to see the nests and talk to all the knowledgeable people who cared for them. Next trip maybe we'll get to see what the call a "Turtle Boil"! But back to the house, it was lovely, clean, comfortable, even the beds!!! Also, the pretty salmon color of the house made it easy to find our way home after long walks! Thanks for a wonderful vacation Amy!!
