Could be better hot tub installations or swimming pool with warm water

The place is fantastic, beautiful gardens, nice swimming pool and as a back yard a vineyard that you can walk. The rooms are also very nice. But what is also unforgettable, is the Team that give the most friendly and customer driven attention. I am very sorry that I don’t remember their names, but from the team at the reception, the ladies that get your room done, the team at the breakfast and serving at the gardens, all of them so friendly!! I would give them a 10/10!!

a bit run down for a Noi. needs maintenance. we had to ask for plates an cutlety for breakfast

The room is very charming and comfortable. The restaurant is very good. Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of choices. The restaurant is excellent with great wine list.

I think this kind of hotel should not accept children. They are noisy and impolite.

beautiful landscape ... just near the vineyards. lovely decorated, the team was very nice, very helpful.... it was also nice for families... next time we will come back with children and friends... also very nice food!

Very pretty place, clean with nice staff (Natalia and Isabel were very nice).

Not worth the money at all. Also, we had a problem with the booking. We booked 3 nights; we tried to cancel one night (for last minute issues) but Noi management argued that booking didn't allow it... We coundn't cancel nor change the date.

Rooms are great, especially for families, since the rooms can be connected with each other (there is a door between two rooms). That was really great. Breakfast was also very good in a very nice ambience.

If you can avoid weekends like we did you’ll get the place just for you. the personnel never says no, knows exactly when to show up and when not to. the hot tub, swimming pool are top. ask for a room in the second building in the backyard, they are the best.
