El personal que atiende la posada es muyyyyyyyy bueno y servicial. Se encargaron de hacernos las reservaciones de los paseos. Además nos dieron recomendaciones de lugares a visitar y donde comer en Atins. El desayuno es muyyyy rico La vista de la posada y los espacios en común son muy buenos

Assim que chegamos, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Leo que nos passou todas as informacoes da pousada, passeios, da cidade etc. Mais tarde um pouco tivemos a chance de comer uma isca de peixe maravilhosa feita pelo querido Lucas, junto com uma caipirinha especial feita pela maravilhosa Consu! No dia seguinte, comemos um cafe caprichado, com tapioca, sucos, e bolo e conhecemos a Lari. Fomos muito bem atendidos por toda a equipe e com certeza voltaremos.

A unica coisa que eu pediria, seria um pouco mais de iluminacao na area comum para poder usar o laptop. Nao tivemos nada do que reclamar. Fomos muito bem atendidos!

The view from anywhere in the Pousada was breathtaking. The attention paid by every single employee to details made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. When on vacation, one simply wants to relax and be free from problems. They knew very well how to handle that. Thank you to the entire Team at Santa Maria.

Communication with service providers (i.e., transport, tour operators, etc.) is an issue. It could be greatly improved from the providers themselves and the hotel could smoothen the interaction to create a better impression of the place.

Perfect location for a stay in Atíns. Beautifully located on the banks of Rio Preguiça. Great view. Reception team super friendly helping with organising tours around the Lençóis National Park. Great breakfast. Small restaurant with tasty food and an amazing view over Rio Preguiça. I would definitely come back...

the view and surroundings are amazing. Host Leo was great, he helped us finding our way and was supernice and friendly!

Location is great, staff is super polite and helped us book restaurants, transportation and day trips. The hotel has a rustic feeling but is very comfortable, clean and well decorated. It has a beautiful view of the river. you can watch the sun rise and set from the deck and at night you can have a drink and glaze at the stars. It is walking distance from restaurants, beach and kitesurfing classes. A simple but different and fun experience we had was to cross the river in a boat to the Praia Brasilia. There is a little restaurant there that has the best caipirinhas, best sunset views and you can enjoy all the beautiful colorful kite surfers practicing their skills while you swing on hammocks.

The room that we had booked, with sea views, was not possible to. use since the front glass door was broken and couldn’t be closed.

Santa Maria have seen better days. Was probably a really cool place to stay few years back. Now unfortunately what you get is a half destroyed backyard (taken by the sea), my room was one of the most expensive, beachfront, you pay a 5 stars European hotel price, for an old cabin, with really dirty toilet and they put an disgusting oil over the wooden floor, terrible, there was mold all over the place. The staff was friendly, but owners were not investing much of the high price back to the place maintenance.

Santa Maria was by far the most beautiful hotel we stayed in, in Brazil. Our rooms was incredible right in front of the water. It was so clean and comfortable. The staff! I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were so nice and so helpful and spoke english which is a bit rare in Atins. They were so quick to respond when we messaged them with questions or anytime we needed help with something. They get booked out quickly because of their amazing location so you have to act quick. We weren't able to stay there for our entire stay because they didn't have rooms available. The hotel is right on the beach so location is incredible. I really can't say enough good things about Santa Maria. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so special.

Everything was amazing! We loved Santa Maria

The breakfast was very good. Maybe it could have been a little more varied. But that is whining on a high level :) Since I was traveling by kite board and boat (downwinder Cumbuco to Atins) my mother booked my room at very short notice (one hour in advance). It was difficult for me to find the hotel, but it was worth the search. I liked it a lot, even if I felt a little lonely because I was the only guest at times. The hotel staff was very helpful and organized the transfer to the airport for me.

Very beautiful and right on the beach. the room we had walked right out onto amazing view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

They asked for a 50% deposit a couple weeks after booking here. They wanted it by bank transfer to their bank account. We worked through this with the hotel. Getting to a Atins is an adventure in off-roading through sand dunes, but is worth it.

Perfect location in Atins. Close to "main street" and right by the beach. Small boutique hotel with an amazing staff. Special thanks do Fabio and Dai that helped us with everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

some deferred maintenance. e.g. the shower head almost electrocuted me and there were issues with room lighting. the later was addressed quickly.

The location is amazing - by the river, the boat can go very close to the hotel . Walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. The view of the river is amazing There are hammocks in the common area where we can relax Patricia and Daiane at the reception are super kind The guys in the restaurant in the afternoon/evening are also super kind The restaurant has super nice food for dinner - not too many options but the ones we tried were amazing, specially the dessert. Rooms have air conditioning

Breakfast -not too many options and service is slow, staff not very friendly Our shower broke and wasn’t fixed for 3 days - not an issue for me as water at room temperature was super good for me, but if you need hot shower would be an issue

Staff are super friendly and helpful, they offered everything they could to make the most of them and the place. Highly appreciated it.

Rooms have no air conditioner and you may expect a lot of mosquitos as the rooms are open. Showers did not work 100% and the last night, the room was plenty of mosquitos couldn’t sleep anything at all.
