It was a quirky property in a very convenient location close to the ferry, boat taxis and the Old Town. The hosts were lovely, and responsive. The view from the kitchen window was perfect.

The property is on the top floor and is accessed by a steep staircase. It has roof windows, but several of these are permanently closed which was not ideal in really hot weather.

First of all, we loved the hosts! They were lovely people. The location was fantastic and we loved our balcony with a sea view! Perfect for us!

The apartment was perfect for us. it was a two minute walk to the Krilo ( ferry), supermarket and old town. The owner greeted us on arrival and showed us through the apartment, she was such a lovely lady and very helpful. Great views of the marina and people watching.

This is a great apartment. We had the ground level unit with a balcony that has a nice view of the sea and was a nice place to have a coffee in the morning. The hosts were communicative and responsive, met us to give us the keys and watch the car while we unloaded the luggage, and provided good information about the area. The apartment itself is nice-sized, has comfortable beds, was clean, and included a well-appointed kitchen. We appreciated, especially, the drip coffee maker. The bathroom was large and hot water plentiful. They have a clothes drying rack that we used after swimming to dry our suits and towels. The location is excellent, just outside of the old town. Everything is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the price for the location was imminently reasonable. They provide free parking in a garage with a pass key that allows you to enter and exit as you please. It is a 500 meter walk uphill from the apartment, but the alternative is to pay 96 EUR a day to the city to park right in front of the apartment (not worth it for us). There are a few small beaches in Korcula, but if you have a car, the sandy Vela Przina beach is just 7.3 km away in Lumbarda and is gorgeous.

Nothing at all, really. It is a great place. The only minor hiccup was that the wifi on the balcony was a bit weak at times, but this was not a major issue for us.

Fantastic location with a great view of the main harbour and just a few metres from the old town entrance. Comfortable and well equipped apartment, all day sun on the wrap around balcony was a bonus.

Having to pay in cash

Hosts met me directly, it was like I was being personally welcomed to the island! This may have been one of my favorite stays that I’ve had. The place had so much charm, and amazing view, and great location nearby everything I could want.

Nothing! Note: you do have to pay in cash upon arrival. Not a bad thing, I just wasn’t prepared for it since usually with booking.com it’s handled automatically.

Location was great because it was right in the centre. Bars, restraunts, ferries, supermarket etc was just a few steps away. The host was awesome, very helpful from the time we arrived until we left.

the accommodation was perfect. A beautiful view from the large terrace, nice airy rooms and perfect location. Exactly the kind of place we were looking for.

The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment is very centrally located, close to the old city with a very nice view of the port. It is very nice sitting on the balcony with a view of the port and the background music of the bar.

The bar below the apartment was a bit loud, but the music stopped around 12 midnight, so that was not really a problem for us.

The hosts were super helpful, kind and friendly. The apartment was well kept, both clean and well furnished. The balcony was nice facing the see and all the boats in the harbour. Airco worked very well. Kitchen was well equipped and all is good state. Bedroom was cosy and on the quiet side of the apartment. You just needed to get out of the door and the taxi boats were just across the street, so you could just hop on one very easily. It's just in the beginning of Korčula Old Town, and fun to go around, explore the narrow streets and alleys, and find a nice restaurant to have a meal at. Hosts allowed us to keep our baggage for a few hours after checking out from the apartment.

Only low point is that there was a new bar just below our balcony on the street that played loud music all day long. With windows closed didn't really bothered much. Although we really liked the balcony, we didn't really sit there often, because of the noise on the street and always a lot of people around.

Location 9/10 Cleanliness 2/10 Kitchen equipment 4/10 (there is a toster and a lot of stuff - but you cant find table knife or standard spoon. All plates/glasses are from diferent sets). The apartament needs really good cleaning. The strong sites are for sure terrace (we were sleeping in apartament number 2) and localization.

A very nice apartment just directly outside the old town. It is spacious, has a big terrace overlooking the marina, and the owners are extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment comes with free parking which is very useful as parking in Korcula is expensive and difficult to find.

Room absolutely not soundproofed and thus very noisy. If you are sensitive to noise and easily wake up to sound, do not choose this room. The AC is placed on the living room and not in the bedroom.

Luka’s apartment is ideally located on the harbour, right by the Dubrovnik ferry and water taxis. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there is a wrap around veranda with outstanding views; perfect for breakfast and relaxing in the evening. Luka responded very quickly when we had questions and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Can't recommend this place enough! We had a FANTASTIC stay at Apartments Luka. The place is absolutely lovely, modern and comfortable. It has all the appliances you would need, the bedroom is big and there's a huge terrace overlooking the Marina. It sits few steps away from the water taxi station, laundry service, restaurants and a awesome playground (if you have kids). The Old Town is super close as well. The Cafe Luka, on the grounfloor, is very good too. A huge thank you to the host, Andrej! We'll definitely come back!

The area can be noisy at night because of the restaurants, but if you close the windows you can't hear a thing.

Host was very friendly, he picked us up and drove us to the apartment. He showed us the town and drove us to the store.

The stove isnt connected to gas only electiricy, should be mentioned somewhere. Kitchen was missing some useful items.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for 3 nights. The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect, right next to all the shops, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions in town. There is a supermarket right next door, which was perfect when we wanted to make our own meals. The balcony was great place to sit when eating meals and relaxing, and had a great view of the town and sea. The host was very friendly and greeted us on arrival. If I ever came back to Korčula I would definitely stay here again.
