Nice location, clean and well equipped villa, good for 2 families.

You need a car to visit any place around. The noise from the highway is annoying but acceptable.

The Villa itself is exceptional, good facilities, well equipped, the pool is a bonus, it’s just a shame the weather was not hot enough to warm up the water in the pool

The towels smelled and seemed to be dirty. When we left the villa for a day, on our arrival back we have noticed somebody had played with the key holder safe code, which means somebody tried to enter the villa, which I found very concerning. Also, one of the days during our stay a pool guy popped in without any prior notice, which is also concerning, as we require privacy, and I had just gotten out of the shower wrapped around with a towel, which barely covered me.

We stayed in Villa Merry for 3 weeks and we really enjoyed our stay! The nearby territory was clean and nice (palm trees, swimming pool, cozy terrace). The Villa is situated in a quite district, there are other villas around the Villa Merry. Beds were comfortable, shower and bath were clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary stuff. Wi-Fi connection was rather good, I could watch movies, video-calls failed sometimes. The only thing is that there are no cafes and no supermarkets in the Villa district, big supermarkets (Metro, Lidl) are 15-20km away, good beaches like Makronisos beach and Nissi Beach are 8km away. There is a bicycle lane near Villa Merry, we rented bicycles and we enjoyed riding bicycles to the beaches and even to Cape Greco. I would definitely stay again in the Villa Merry!

the property is amazing, the adjacent property could trim down their trees and plants so I didn’t have to clean the pool as much 😂, to be honest I loved cleaning the pool 😂

The villa was beautiful, clean and had a supply of fresh orange juice and water waiting for us in the fridge on our arrival which was a lovely additional touch. I feel the villa was really good value for money with the space you get and it was far enough away that it was quiet from night life. When we had a problem with the safe staff came to sort this for us within 5 minutes of me raising the question and I could not falter them as every question I had was answered very politely, efficiently and with kindness. We couldnt use the pool during our holiday as it was too cold but I bet after another couple of months it would have been delightful. We didn't feel over looked in the villa so it was really nice to relax in the loungers in the sun in the afternoons There was a washing machine within the property as well which may be super useful for staying for a longer duration. I would definitely return

You have to drive from the villa to find and restaurants as we found we were a little too far out for them to be within walking distance. As well as this one neighbour in a nearby property had a dog they would allow to bark for a couple of evenings until around 9pm which might be difficult if you had younger people staying with you, it did not personally bother us when staying there. There was a booklet with resturant recommendations within the property, but we found at our time of visiting a lot of these were closed, and some appeared permanently closed due to the pandemic unfortunately, so these suggestions may need updating.

Villa is spacious inside and more so outside

We were there off season in December during Corona times and you could tell the house was not used for a long time. During high season you are outside most of the time so you probably would not notice so much but inside the house is not comfortable. The couches are impossible to sit on without contracting a hernia and the beds are ok-ish. A lot of effort to get heating or hot showers. A lot of cats and inside and outside smells of cat pee.

Everything was great

Maybe 3 minuses : Cats, but that's about Cyprus) Some strange sound from 6 a.m. like shooting (maybe from the building site not far away, but I didn't manage to find out the source) No door lockers anywhere, even in the bathrooms, which is for sure the question of kids security, but still extremely inconvenient

Very quiet and peaceful! It’s away from the nightlife but only a 10/15 minute drive into Ayia Napa if wanted. Perfect location for us! The house was well stocked, airy and comfortable! Check in and out was super easy. Lots of space to park.

Really minor issue of one of the shelves being damaged in the fridge.
