The staff at the property were so friendly and even surprised us with a signed birthday card and cake for my husband's 50th when we checked in! The property was as expected - the kitchen/apartment had everything we needed as a spacious & comfortable base for our time at Yellowstone. Nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. The YS West entrance was right around the corner...while West Yellowstone main street, Bear & Wolf Sanctuary, and Arial Adventures were all just a few blocks away and easy to walk. Great location for an enjoyable week away!

We really enjoyed our stay in West Yellowstone at Worldmark. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It had several fun activities for the older kids. It was in walking distance to West Yellowstone for eating dinner, shopping or getting ice cream.

Property was exactly as described, clean, and served as a great starting point for our Yellowstone trip. Property owner was one of the best that I've worked with. Communicated well, offered suggestions, was timely and really enhanced the stay.

The property fit our needs and the room was as expected. Enjoyed listening to the wolves next door in the evening.

This was a perfect property for us to get into Yellowstone quickly as well as enjoy all the restaurants and shops in town. The latter we could walk to which was great! The room amenities are everything you need when traveling - great to head the washer/dryer as we could never predict the weather and had to do multiple loads (also allowed us to pack fewer clothes). Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Was not clean at all. Hot water heater didn’t work. Hopefully this is just a one time thing. We have stated Otherworld marks that were very nice.

This is probably the nicest property that you can stay at in town. Great amenities with pool, hot tub, game room, the rooms are great for accommodating a family. The Murphy Wall bed is such a fantastic option in comparison to the traditional sofa sleeper. Staff was excellent during our stay, fast, friendly, very helpful and greeted you as if you were family. Our only complaint was the room was not as clean as one would expect. The kitchen floor had a squashed raspberry that had dried and stuck, and when cleaning that up, the paper towel came away very dirty. There was some candy wrappers under the linens that hang over the bed, along with a dirty tissue. It wasn’t overly dirty, but certainly things were missed. Still, those things aside, a wonderful property to stay at and the owner of the property was great with communication. On a side note, some instructions on the heating system would have been helpful, as we found the switch that controlled the ceiling fan in the living area also controlled the overhead heating system. When we though we were going to be cooling off the room a bit with the fan, we realized after the fact (came back to a very warm room) that we were heating the room.

We were disappointed with the inability to be flexible with our dates of stay when weather conditions forced major changes in local race events yet our property manager was unable to accommodate any changes nor give us any type of refund. We had many friends staying at other units at the same complex who were able to get some or all of their $$ back yet we were not.

Our family stayed here during our first trip to Yellowstone, and we were very glad to visit at a time when the park was nearly empty! The condo was wonderful, large, and clean. The pool was still closed in October (supposedly for construction, but it seemed more likely due to Covid restrictions or staff shortages) but the small game room was still open for ping pong, X-Box, and DVD check-out. Our kids enjoyed hearing the wolves across the street howl one night, and the location 3 blocks from the Yellowstone Park entrance was fantastic. Our unit owner kindly shared their free owner internet access, which was very much appreciated! We didn't take advantage of the outdoor grills or fire pit areas, but would happily stay here again!

We loved staying at this condo. We were 2 couples around 70 years old visiting Yellowstone. I wish the pool and hot tub had been available. I thank Heidi for giving us her WiFi password!!! We’d stay here again.
