Bilocale con comodo terrazzo arredato immerso nel verde cosa che rende il soggiorno rilassante anche con il maltempo. Spazi esterni comuni ben arredati con piscina e lettini. La signora Patrizia sempre presente (senza essere invadente) ci ha coccolati alla grande e ha soddisfatto anche qualche nostro capriccio (tipo l'acquisto di una piastra elettrica per cucinare fuori). Il paese (Canneto) offre tutti i servizi essenziali (chiesa, bar, ristoranti, spiagge libere ed attrezzate, supermercati e negozi). Mare meraviglioso e possibilità di fare gite in barca verso le altre isole. La cucina locale di ottimo livello.Un paradiso.

Essendo 3 adulti il terzo letto nel soggiorno/cucina è un po' scomodo anche perché per andare in bagno ci si disturba. È certamente comodissimo per 2 o per una famiglia con ragazzi giovani. Inoltre per raggiungere l'alloggio c'è una salita piuttosto ripida e impegnativa ma il servizio di spesa a domicilio dei supermercati vicini ci ha agevolato.

Patrizia is a super host, réactiv and always up to manage everything you will need. Canetto is a better spot to be located in Lipari. Quiet with a real beach 2mn from apartment.

This accommodation is ok, but quite basic and expensive for what it is. The balcony out the front of our unit was a nice place to sit and there are lots of gardens and trees around. We had a number of quite unpleasant interactions with the owner who was away for the week and seemed determined to treat us with suspicion. However, there are a lot of reviews here saying how nice she is, so perhaps she was just having a bad week.

Be aware that if you ask the owner to book a taxi from the port, you will have to pay €25 for the taxi AND €25 for the service of arranging the booking. There are plenty of taxis at the port so just arrange your own.

We really liked our stay - the neighborhood is very nice, quiet and very close to the beach. The trees and shrubs around the house keep the area pleasantly cool, even on hot days. The terrace was our favorite place to eat the breakfasts and read books - we also had an amazing sea view from there. Very close to the house, we had a bakery, few supermarkets, tabacco shop, caffe, fish shop and a pier from which ships sailed to other islands. Concerning our host, Patrizia - she was great. She organized a trip to Volcano and Panarea + Stromboli from the sea. She was very kind, helpful and patient. She prepared for us fresh fruits and water, in the kitchen we had everything we needed to prepare food including spices, tea, coffee, olive oil etc. She was answering all our questions, making sure we were ok and advising us places to see, eat, rent a scooter etc. There was also another lady, Tania, if I remember well, she was also very kind - she offered us khaki fruits from the local tree and entertained us with a conversation from time to time. We regret we didn't book a longer stay - I wish I could enjoy the peace and beauty of this island for longer. Maybe we will come back - then we will definitely contact Patrizia to book a stay again.

THAT VIEW. It felt like such a privilege to wake up and come home every day to such a breathtaking vista and the peace and quiet of an island village. It was so nice to be close to all the amenities of Lipari without being IN the tourist zoo—it forced us to slow down, which was exactly what we needed. It’s a short (albeit steep) walk uphill from a lovely stone beach, excellent cafe, and the best breakfast spot we’ve found so far in Sicily. Patrizia was a wonderful host—she gave great recommendations for food and also hooked us up with a boat ride that was one of the highlights of our vacation. We would LOVE to come back for a longer stay.

The appartment was a great location to base a family in Lipari. It had a great outdoor space, pool to see the kids and was a 5 min walk to the beach of Canneto. It was well stocked with everything we could need to eat outdoors, relax and explore the island. Our daughter stayed on the sofa bed in the kitchen which worked well. It was a nice cool space during the hot afternoons too. There was an amazing view of the sunrise too over the beach - well worth getting up early for.

Patrizia was vert friendly and help a lot with informations. The property is well located near the beach and his spatious. I recommand higly this place.

Was nice stay at Canneto (should be quietter than Lipari and it was true). Bus from/to Lipari is frequently available. Actually we took an excursion to Stronboli from Lipari, coming back to Canneto mid night. A nice view from apartment.

The house was great and we had our own terrace and bbq. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

It was a long walk from the main town Lipari but there are plenty of buses you can get nearby that bring you to it in 5 minutes.

Great location and the surroundings of the object. We were having access to the taras where we have not only eat but also rest after whole day. We have received many usefull tips where to go and and what to see. We realy enjoy beeing there! Thank you! :-)
