The convenience of public transport!

The only issue I had was with the hostess and the rest of the staff at the restaurant for breakfast. I’m sure a lot of black people do not frequent the hotel but that doesn’t give the staff an excuse to go out of the way to ignore me. The first day of breakfast the hostess went straight to the lady behind me when I was clearly the next in queue waiting to be seated. I’m grateful the lady directed her to me. The lack of attentiveness was very blatant. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay

As we checked in, the person at the reception was fantastic and had informed us that they'd even kept a crib in our room for our baby. The staff were fabulous, especially at the breakfast buffet. The ambience at the hotel is so classy without being uptight. We particularly LOVED our Negroni Sbagliato which we had in the lounge, perhaps the best ever. One of the best places I stayed in in 2022. The location is super convenient, right next to the train station and within walking distance of all the sights.

A TV I can stream to would have been nice.

I was impressed from my entrance at reception to the room and spacious bathroom. In the morning I was impressed again with the breakfast buffet, the quality and selection were wonderful. Definitely my preferred hotel in Turin.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Helping with lost phone cable (they gave me one of theirs). Rooms were lovely with a bath for our tired bodies. Breakfast amazing spread. Lovely atmosphere and great location for travellers. Will definitely stay again
