the room is too cold in the night I barely slept. and the bathroom had a stinky smell ans it does not look much clean.

Cheap. Usable for 1 night only, not more - is my meaning. Wifi not working, lift not working, kettle missing, breakfast not served, very noisy restaurant just in direct neighborhood. But cheaper than other options in town, that is true. Next time it will be better to choose more expensive accomodation with working service.

The bathroom is literally like a plane toilette, it smells really bad everywhere. The view was right into a ruin of a house that was torn down. At night it‘s quite loud. It‘s ok for one night but not longer, and it‘s overpriced.

Breakfast is apart from booking, it is comprehensive of boiled eggs, yogurt, cappuccino or coffee, milk, orange juice and bread with marmalade. The room was a double room very little for two but suitable for one, bathroom with shower is tidy and enough to relax. It is in front of Bellinzona station, perfect not having a car. Car parking on the rear. Be careful that is a one-way street with 30 km/h speed limit.

It is a cheap accomodation for Switzerland's parameters so I cannot complain.

The location is the main thing, it's opposite the train station... run across the street and in 30 seconds you're in the station. So it's fantastic for day trips etc. Rooms are basic, but to get a comfortable twin sized bed, a private bathroom, a large window... by Swiss standards, it's the cheapest place I've ever stayed in!! Downsides, no small amenities for example, water kettle (just for coffee or tea in the room) is absent. I didn't pay extra 10 CHF for breakfast, but every cafe in town, as well s COOP is right across the street so why would you have breakfast here?! Nothing fancy, but for a short trip that's affordable, I loved it, and would stay here again.

Wifi.... electric kettle.... less noise from next door rooms at night. Don't expect to find the proprietor easily available if you have complaints! It's a very basic and independent setup.

Good location. Fuss free service. Value for money and fine or a short stay and a last minute booking. You’ll survive it but if one plans to stay in and really use the room, reconsider this.

Moldy shower curtain, flush that didn’t work properly, we booked and paid for a triple room, were given a double room with no explanation or reduction in tariff. We weren’t in the mood to haggle about it, so we let it go, but in principle it wasn’t fair. Also lacked proper parking. We left our car in an abandoned rocky area round the street corner.

Rooms were very cold, staff unhelpful and declared there was not late check in even though this was not specified on website. Loud banging from the building during the night as signage was not tied down properly.

Very conveniently located right next to the station, and easy walk into the old town. A good place from which to do other daytrips into Ticino.

check-in quite unfriendly, location is noisy at night (behind the station, a bit shady area) and at the moment at a one-way street uphill, where early morning traffic is running uphill into the city. Next to the hotel is an abandoned/demolished building, not a pretty sight. Hotel was not offering breakfast, after returning from putting our luggage in the room the reception desk was closed already, all dark and no hospitality at all. On checkout still all closed and keys to be left in the mailbox.
