View and balcony. Location was good. Bol center was within walking range. Beach was nearby and beautiful.

Bathroom door was broken. It was expensive. Wifi was slow. Kitchen equipment was not complete.

Spacious appartment and free off street parking. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nice views from the balconies. Close to the beaches and town. Quiet location for a relaxing stay. Nice restaurant near by.

Kitchen lacked equipment - a lot of cabinets but they are mostly empty. Lacking kitchen complimentaries such as oil. The shower needs a bit of a fix-up - doors do not close fully and the shower head holder was broken.

Some details were broken and didn’t work properly: 1. Shower hanger ( was impossible to have normal shower) 2. Doors’ lock 3. Old frying pan 4. Towel hanger Guys, didn’t provide transfer as were promised on site. Also, it was impossible to wash the clothes it was always busy with cleaners

The kitchen could be better equipped with a proper stove and oven. It’s not ideal for a family that needs to cook daily meals.

The view is really great. Internet was fixed during my stay so it was absolutely flawless by the time I left. Villa Livia 5 is quite silent. No ants, although I expected them from other reviews.

First of all please mind that pictures you will find here on booking were taken by professionals: the room is not at all as big as it looks. In fact, you may even feel claustrophobic if you taller than 1,7 m. There were problems with hot water during my stay: I was told it’s because water is heated by the solar system. What it means is that you will be able to have hot water only if you are home from 5 to 7 pm. Even within this period it was not always hot. The location I is only good if you are traveling with the car, otherwise you have to be really fit to get to the apartment from the center or the beaches. No cutting board or frying pan lids in the kitchen. Mosquitos! Make sure to bring something against them. Shover cabin doors were broken. I had to buy trash bags by myself as no spare ones were available.

Very nice apartment with view on the see. I appreciated they managed to prepare our room and make check-in earlier.

The kitchen equipment is a bit poor (no kitchen cloth or paper towels, no spunge for dishes...), but nothing major missing. The parking can get a bit tight, but it's there and were always able to park.

The apartment is in a good location, 7 mins walk to the beach, with a beautiful sea view. The price is also adequate compared to other options nearby.

There were some problems during the stay: 1. one of the air conditioners did not work,luckily in the living room, the one in bedroom worked fine, but still this meant that half of the apartment was always hot and not very pleasant. 2. Wifi connection speed is not good to put it lightly. 3. Parking was a problem, seems that people working there also put cars on the same parking, meaning that you can go away shopping for half an hour and find all parking places occupied. This can be solved pretty easily by the hosts, as they already require to reserve the parking space during the booking process, so don’t know why this problem even exists.

Cozy top apartment, very nice balcony and view. Quiet street and neat Martinica beach.

Nice apartment, clean, airy and modern. All appliances required for small apartment. Good location, approx 10 minute walk to the main port of Bol, approx 20minute walk to Zlatni Rat Beach. Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.
