Location - in the city center.

Very noisy because of restaurants but we expected that.

Clean linen, good location for sightseeing

Didnt recieve the room my friend had booked. We clearly had booked a room with 2 beds and a balcony. And the booking confirmation to prove it... We were taken to a small room with no storage and no space no balcony but 2 beds squeezed it and a plastic cubicle in the middle of the room with the toilet!! We had a tv on the wall but unsuitable for us both to watch and the reception on tv was very bad. So very very disapointing, we were really looking forward to a room with a balcony! When we questioned the woman at reception she made a phone call but told us we needed to pay more for those rooms and we would have to cancel and rebook online?? Needless to say the good rooms stayed empty for the 4 days we were there....

The lady who received us was wonderful and helpful! The location is great (but!! Its very loud and there are no real windows.

Facilities! The bathroom is literaly INSIDE the room, it has a platic kindda door and wall the the top part is open... takr it as you go to the bathroom with your company in the room... absolutley uncomfortable. There was another bed in the room and it was small as it is. The walls are super thiny and you can hear everything from behind. No real windowes... the bilding is located next to the main park and to the main road, you can hear everything (and more) cause the windowes are not a "house windows" its more of blinds then a windowes and its not 100% closed, also in cold nights you cant really close it We didnt have toilet paper in thr room. We stied in Guatape one more night but in a different hotel.

The location is amazing, right in center town and the balcony overlooking the main square is wonderful. The bed was comfy & the place was clean and there's hot water.

As the room is on the main square, there is a lot of noise coming from the bars & restaurants below until 12pm.

Great value for the money. Right in the center close to many restaurants and bars.

Loud music at night from bars/restaurants though it tend to stop after midnight-ish. Lukewarm shower at best. Little to no space to put our stuff.

Amazing balcony for people watching and a great location. Although a bit adventurous we were able to walk to and from 'The Rock'. Lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Groceries at the D1 were not too far away either.

The music from the bar next door was very loud until 11.30pm on a Monday night. Not ideal for everyone.

Cramped

The room was right in the main square, located so close to everything. The lady was very accommodating and checked us in and out promptly and let us leave our bags for a few hours after our stay. It was also very nice to have a balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

At night, as it is so close to the main square there is a lot of music and noise late into the night sometimes not quieting down until after midnight. Also, in the morning the church bells go off around 6/7am for a good 30 seconds which woke us up every morning. There was no hot water, which at this time of year would have been appreciated as it gets rather cold at night.

Very helpfull host, easy communication. Its located at the main square in Guatape, which means its very loud (you will need earplugs for sleeping), on the other hand, u can sit on the balcony and watch all the people going on with their daily buisness, quite interesting. This accomidation has very good price value. It was very clean.

No kitchen. Even a little common kitchen for e.g. breakfast would be a big approvement. On the other hand, the main square is full of shops and restaurants. But for tight on budget travelers a little stove plus fridge would be better.

Perfect location, great communication, lovely place! Would stay again, comfy bed and great private balcony overlooking the square to watch the world go by!
