the owner of the hotel Mr. Alex is a gentleman, the hotel staff were so friendly, we had a good time during our stay. also we liked the rooms design and its facilities, our room with a fantastic panoramic view to the lake.

I loved the design of the furniture, it has different styles than other hotels/appatments. The staff were so friendly, especially Mr. Alex and Mis. Mara, They did breakfast for us and dinner and the service is fabulous! The bar on the third floor has an amazing view the leak of Zell am See

no coffee machine/ Kettle to make either coffe or tea. the view from rooms in the ground floor it's not that good

Absolutely fabulous experience. Thanks Alex and his wife (the owners) for the lovely welcoming, and for curating every asoect to the detail. Thanks to the other Alex and his lady (bar/restaurant) for looking after the meals and drinks, making sure all is deliciously prepared and served. The whole complex is designed and built while stylishly combining contemporary elements and materials. The room/suite is very spacious, comfortably accommodating 3 adults. The views on the lake are beautiful. The in-house sauna is highly recommended. Breakfasts are fantastic, and so are the dinners. Great selection of wines and cocktails. The indoor garage is fabulous, as are the heated lockers for ski equipment. Can and will highly recommend this boutique suites hotel.

The Senses Violet suites is a fantastic place to stay, The rooms are very modern,comfortable & clean, they have Clarins products in the shower & a separate toilet area, they have balcony or terraces with amazing views over the lake. The restaurant is ran by a lovely Croatian couple Alex the host and Mara the chef, the meals are a set menu with a vegetarian choice but they are beautiful and well presented. The breakfast was fantastic with choices from Granola to eggs however you like them. Cheese and meats platter and a choice of fresh breads,any type of coffees & teas. Every morning the Manager also Alex took us to the ski lifts and picked us up in the evening, he even took us to the train station after we checked out

everything thing is amazing in this hotel, Nice & welcoming host, the restaurant in the third floor has the best food in the Zellamsee. the view of the lake from the balcony is out of this world. definitely will visit them again.

Bed sheets and pillows are obviously overused and need an immediate replacement.. the room didn’t have coffee machine or a kettle which we didn’t like.. also fresh towels were not provided daily.

Where to start, our stay was perfect in every way possible. The design and decoration were so beautiful and relaxing, the room was so clean and comfortable and the bathroom had a Shataf which is always a plus. Our room had a shared terrace which has a view over Zell Am See, the view was breathtaking, I enjoyed it a lot. The owner (Alex) was nice, friendly and helpful, he helped us with deciding which places we should visit, he gave us hiking sticks when we were going for the waterfalls and one day he gave us a private lake access to swim and gave us a paddle board to use. All which made our stay more fun and special. Upon our arrival, Alex (the bar tender) told us that not only the breakfast is included in the room rate but also the diner as a surprise for the guests which was really nice. Alex was amazing and so friendly, he always was checking whether we need anything or if we have questions and it was so fun talking to him. Mara ( the chef) was brilliant, the food she cooked was so good, fresh and delicious, and as we are vegetarian, she altered our dishes to make them meet our need. Both Alex and Mara are amazing couple who made the place feels like home. At the end of each day we were looking forward to go back to the hotel because of how Alex and Mara made it feel like. The atmosphere was filled with love. positivity and joy and you can tell that both love what they are doing. I’m definitely going back to Senses again as I loved the family vibe that it has and I already recommended it to many of my family and friends . Overall, it is the best hotel in Zell Am See and I enjoyed it more than my stays in well known 5 stars hotels in other cities and countries.

Enjoying a peaceful location on at Zell am See During our 3 nights visit to this hotel, we stayed in a Deluxe View Suite. The style is simple & minimalist with the combination of modern and natural taste. All furnitures are high quality. We loved sleeping on water bed which led us deep cozy sleep every night. The magnificent view of the lake from our room is amazed us day and night. The room was always clean and tidy..thanx to Anastasia The roof top dining room has panoramic view. Blue sky, blue water and green mountains are so gorgeous. There , we met beautiful people , Alex & Mara Friendly, warm hearted, funny with big smiles ,,,,we enjoyed their food and drinks but mostly we really enjoyed conversations with them. Talk about wine , whisky, cultures …. Time went by quickly … Communication for booking, check in , info for local activities was very smooth and helpful… thanx to Alex for your hospitality. Overall hotel design is magnificent and great impressions. Loved “Adult Only” Best hospitality ever. We had great time. We absolutely will be back to you.
