Overall we were really happy with this place. A stunning property with breath-taking views over the sea. Each room is spacious with air con and a large kitchen and outdoor BBQ. The owner does not speak much english but this wasnt too much of a problem but had to go via the agent for a few queries and some power issues tripping the air con. The property is half way up the big hill leading to Benalmedena old town (which is beautiful) but you defo need a car or its a long walk! The property has been lived in for many years and has some lovely home touches which gives it real character. A few (small) things that we would constructively feedback as follows: Need cushions for the loungers Wasps - there are many, need to consider pest control Kitchen knives / utensils blunt/out of date Sprinklers come on at midday everyday if you're on the loungers near pool - you need to move! These were small things however and did not spoil what was a wonderful two week holiday. Would come back for sure.

A wonderful time had at this beautiful villa. All rooms are very large and well equipped. The position up a hill at the end of a road means zero traffic and spectacular views. The surrounding gardens are simply the best we have ever seen and are perfect to relax in. The owner Antonio is charming and very helpful. Highly recommended and will be back next year.

I have not long come back after a 10 night stay at this what I would call my dream villa. Myself and my family were greeted by the owner Antonio who was such a lovely delightful man, nothing was too much trouble and is always available if you are in need of anything. The villa itself is huge and is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. We all had lots of fun in the swimming pool day and night especially the children. Most evenings we sat outside with a glass of wine watching the cruise ships and boats go by. The views over the Mediterranean were breathtaking and the colourful gardens surrounding the villa were immaculately kept by Antonio.
