Comfortable beds, friendly staff, bistro food was good. Lots of parking

When I turned the shower head on, the water that came out was brown in colour. This lasted for 5-7 seconds then cleared up. I don't think it was the water itself, just the shower head

Ac unit was stuck blowing hot and I got bit by a bed bug

Found it here, all through the bathtub all over the shower, curtain kind of disgusting for the amount of money you paid for the hotel

Nice, good facility...for the most part. Salt water pool was nice.

Only 1 of 2 Elevators worked. at least 3 times, Staff overran the only remaining one. Had to use the stairs to check out because at least 3 crews blocked the elevator. On another time, laundry took up all the space...the staff looked blankly and told us to wait for the next one ?!?1 We went down for coffee at 9:30 and there was very limited selection..no sausages!!! Came back at 10...Breakfast was supposed to be till 11...but closed at 10
