Property is 2nd line from beach. Short walk to beach and 3 local restaurants. 30 minute walk into Alcossebre and lots of restaurants. Reasonable supermarket 5 minute walk and massive one in Alcossebre. Peñíscola is well worth a visit as is Benicàssim. Both about a 30 minute drive away. 2hr train journey(slow local service) takes you into the centre of Valencia.

Apartment was very quiet in September with a fantastic large pool. The apartment has the benefit of 2 massive terraces. The kitchen is well equipped for a rental property. Owners have put a lot of thought into set up of property. All in - great property.
Only negative points are lounge has only one large sofa for three. If four adults are staying there would ideally be another comfortable seat. Also not used to paying an additional charge for WiFi. 2nd bedroom needs two bedside lights. Only one provided.
Overall superb apartment - best suited to a family of four.
Rental is definitely great value for your money.
Would revisit if in area.

We had a great stay in this nice appartement. Amazing terrace with view on the mountains and sea! Communication with Julia and Dawn was very good. Location of the appartement is perfect. I would certainly recommend for many reasons!

Un séjour très agréable
L'appartement est dans une résidence très calme et proche de la mer et de commerces. Il est confortable et bien équipé. La grande terrasse est très agréable. Tout était très bien et Julia s'est montrée très souple pour décaler la réservation en raison de la situation sanitaire.

Un alojamiento perfecto para la semanan que hemos pasado.
Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado el domingo y Julia lo solucionó al día siguiente. Muy buena atención por su parte.

Sept in Alcossebre
Good value for money ,slightly smaller than other 2 beds we have stayed in but well worth it as the huge terrace area allows for great privacy giving the impression of a villa rather than apartment.We will defiantly be back!

The best apartment we have ever stayed in, period. The lounge is spacious with air con and a huge pullout sofa bed. The kitchen is well appointed with all the mod cons you need, the bedrooms are modern and spotless. The two bathrooms are also modern and fresh, some can be dated by comparison. The balcony is simply peerless. It is huge and has dividing roller blinds for shade. The host Julia is a lovely lady, communicative and accommodating. Stop looking this is the one for you. Clean, modern, and the balcony wow. Definitely be back 😁

The best apartment we have ever stayed in, period. The lounge is spacious with air con and a huge pullout sofa bed. The kitchen is well appointed with all the mod cons you need, the bedrooms are modern and spotless. The two bathrooms are also modern and fresh, some can be dated by comparison. The balcony is simply peerless. It is huge and has dividing roller blinds for shade. The host Julia is a lovely lady, communicative and accommodating. Stop looking this is the one for you. Una sorpresa la gran terraza, muy útil y confortable, el apartamento está bien equipado y resulta muy cómodo. La urbanización es tranquila y se respetan los horarios de la piscina. Mejorable la limpieza.

Well situated and peaceful, the apartment had a fantastic terrace for eating and relaxing when not on the beach. Plenty of towels for use and comfortable beds. Pool was very clean though not quite warm enough to use this time of year. Excellent information folder. We have very much enjoyed our holiday

Not living in Europe, we found the directions to the property very difficult, especially after a trans Atlantic flight & drive from Barcelona, the property was clean & efficient, but no welcome package of any sort, not even salt & pepper, if we had arrived late, would have been out of luck as everything closes. Even a 'heads up' would have been appreciated. A very minor thing, instructions on the appliances, very different to what we have in Canada, had to use the trial & error approach. We had a very nice 5 days, good area for getting around, nice beach, plenty of restaurants.

Nice apartment in a nice place.
Just returned from 10 days in Alcossebre. The apartment is just like you see in the photos, spacious, clean,well equipped and fantastic outdoor space. Location is close to a number of sandy beaches, restaurants and bars. Walking into Alcossebre you have a more varied choice of restaurants at competitive prices.
One word of warning, don't trust your sat nav. We were sent on shortest route which turned out to be narrow gravel/chalk track. Follow N340 until CV142 that goes into Alcossebre and then follow instructions.
No hesitation in recommending this property or Alcossebre which is very Spanish.

Excellent accommodation
This was our 3rd holiday in Alcossebre but our first at this apartment. The accommodation is great, just as the photos show - well kept and spotlessly clean. We spent lots of time on the fantastic terrace, sunbathing, reading and chilling out. The views are amazing and you are not overlooked at all, it's really private. The pool looked great, clean and well kept, but we didn't spend much time there as one of the reasons for coming to Alcossebre is for the fantastic beaches. We spent some days on Romana beach (only 12 euros for 2 sunloungers and umbrella) popping up to restaurant Ru-Sos for lunch and returning to the beach for the afternoon. Walked into town some evenings via the boardwalk for dinner and a change of scenery. Nice atmosphere as it was fiesta time while we were there. The contact and details from the owner Julia were good and she also arranged transfers to and from the airport so we didn't need a hire car this visit. I would definitely recommend Julia's apartment and would stay here again.

Un appartement parfait avec 1 gros coup de cœur pour la terrasse et la grande piscine !

Our fifth visit to Alcossebre made all the more special by the fact that we got to stay in Serena Mar. We loved it. The terrace is something else and the views across a lovely little park towards the Sierra Irta were just stunning. Inside the apartment there's everything you need for a relaxed holiday - comfy beds, good showers, efficient air-conditioning. The pool is great and there are plenty of shady spots in the garden.
The position of Serena Mar is fantastic - four restaurants, a well-stocked supermarket and a gorgeous beach within five minutes walk. The owner was top class - helpful, friendly and easy going. Couldn't ask for more and can't wait to return.

Schöne Wohnung
Schöne,saubere Wohnung mit einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bergen.Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit einem riesigen Terrasse und einem Pool.Die Lage ist optimal,da der Strand,Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 2 min entfernt ist.Ideal auch für Kinder.Sehr guter Service.Kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Eine schöne Wohnung, herrliche Lage
Das Penthouse hat alles, was Ihnen die Aufenthalt benötigen, es ist makellos sauber. Die Terrasse ist erstaunlich, mit einer spektakulären Aussicht auf die Berge. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es verfügt über Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe.Das Zentrum der Stadt mit mehr Restaurants und Geschäften ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entlang der Promenade am Meer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und schnell. Ich kann stark diese Wohnung empfehlen und ich möchte eines Tages wieder kommen!

Just fantastic!
We stayed in this fabulous apartment for 5 nights and cannot fault it. The apartment has everything you need to have the most relaxing stay, it's immaculate, very homely and the bed is really comfortable. The outside space is amazing with spectacular views of the mountains. The beach is 5 minute walk away (with our 3yr old in tow!!) and it has restaurants nearby. The main town is about a 30 minute walk along the boardwalk which we throrougly enjoyed. I cannot compliment this appartment enough, we will definitely be back.

We are just back from our stay at this lovely property.
Firstly I found the owner, Julia, to be an extremely welcoming and helpful person to deal with.
The apartment is very comfortable, fully equipped with nice furnishings, bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are nicely appointed. My highlight was most definitely the large terrace with its breathtaking mountain views. we loved our holiday so much I have already booked for next year ! Highly recommended .

Un superbe séjour!!
Alcossebre est une petite station balnéaire familiale. Loin de l'exubérance que l'on rencontre parfois sur la Costa Brava, ici le repos est permis sous un ciel ensoleillé. Les plages sont magnifiques et très propres.
Pour ceux qui auraient des inquiétudes coté langue espagnole, une petite communauté française n'est pas loin et du coup, il est toujours aisé de se faire comprendre des commerçants à proximité.
L'appartement est parfait et idéalement situé. Bien équipé (pour les amateurs de café, prévoir la cafetière), spacieux, la terrasse est également très agréable. Pas de souci pour laisser les enfants à la piscine. Coté extérieur, là encore, rien à redire, tout est nickel.
Bref, n'hésitez pas à en profiter.

We tried a number of restaurants locally and in the main town, all the food was excellent but I’d also recommend buying some of the local produce and having some meals on the terrace with the views of the mountains. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer, we’ll be going back next year with friends. I’d recommend this for families as well.

Great place to stay in Alcossebre!
We had a great time at Alcossebre and at Julia's apartment . We have spent 10 relaxing days. The apartment is close (2 m walk) from the beautiful Romana Beach. It has 2 geant terraces with nice view. It is very private. We had all our meals outside on the terrace. The building has a big beautiful pool to keep you cool, to play or exercise . The apartment is clean and is well decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The communication with the owner was easy and fast. I am strongly recommend this apartment and I wish to come come back one day!
