Everything was amazing. Excellent location and lovely apartment. Bed was comfy, nice big bathroom with washing machine... (after a few weeks on the go, great to get some washing done). Kitchen was fully equipped which is great to make your own breakfast etc... Tomo is so helpful and can help you arrange airport transfers, day trips etc. It was such a beautiful stay.

Tomo is very nice and helpful, he organized the pick up from the airport and provided us with a lot of recommendation regarding food, etc. I would always recommend this place to stay in Split, close to the old town and with a nice view.

Everything was great, we loved the apartment, host was very responsive and helpful. The only thing I would add is microwave, and it would be the perfect apartment. If you're staying in Split - book it, you can thank me later.

Good location, Very nice and clean apartment.

The location is the best and at a very good value for money. The view is awesome , exactly like the in the pictures. Is located very close to the biggest attraction - the old city center. The apartment is very big with all that you need starting from towels, washing machine and finishing with the kitchen were you have all that you need to prepare by your own food.

It is mentioned that there is Free Parking (Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). In reality you need to be careful as the parking lots close to the building are almost all the time full and is not very cheap as it's consider city zone. At the end the owner helped us to get an underground parking lot but we need to pay extra. The parking is a big problem when you are in the city center and it will be great if the owner will mention this part.

Perfect location, quite place. Apartment is in new building, well equipped, good AC. It is hard to find better option for staying in Split.

Good price, good location and very helpfull host. The apartment is close to sea and old town. The host helped with arranging taxi pick up from the airport. Gave the best advice about what and where to eat (restaurant Šug). Perfect price and quality. Recommend very much.

We arrived very early in Split and Tomo was so kind to ensure an early check-in.

The location is superb - just a short walk on the promenade to the old town, the entrance to the park is literally on the door step, and the town beaches are about 10-15min walk. Even though the apartment is very central, you cannot hear the noise from the roads. The apartment is newly done up with a comfortable bed and a good size bathroom. There is also an espresso machine which we used very morning. The host, Tomo, was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us organise taxis and provided a lot of great recommendations to eat out. I hope we will be able to stay at Tomo’s apartment again!

The property is centrally located for seeing Marjan and the historic center of Split, while being in a modern building with a view of the Riva and all the conveniences. The apartment is well-appointed with a nice bathroom and kitchen as well as a comfortable bed. Tomo is a gracious and friendly host who happily shared his knowledge of Split with me and made sure that everything went well during my stay. Highly recommended.

-We visited Split before and the location of this apartment is the part of Split that we prefer. View to the sea, next to the old town but without climbing those crazy steps (if you are used to visit the old towns in Croatia). Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are just nearby. Walking distance from Split ferry terminal without taking the taxi who charges you 15euros for less than 2kms -Very nice host who allowed us some flexibilities in checking-in which we really appreciated. Communications went smoothly since the beginning. -Apartment has everything you need for a long stay with washing machine, equipped kitchen, real Italian coffee machine that we really enjoy every morning!

-The blind cannot be completely shut and closed with curtains are not thick enough to block the morning sunlight. -Maybe need some refreshment incense in the bathroom to ease the bad smell.

Description was a little misleading. Sounded like it had two bathrooms and a tumble dryer. It had a shower room only and washing machine which didn't appear to be a combi wash/dryer, just a washer

Great area. Relatively new building. Apartment was appointed well. Tomo met us at property and explained everything in detail and offered many recommendations for our stay in Split. Great pizzeria right below. Make a reservation!

I wish they didn't build that new hotel right in front of the building.

Coffee machine wasn't working but not a big deal at all. Many coffee shops around.
