Ubicación excelente,súper cómodo y acogedor el alojamiento, la atención de la sra Nuria fue constante, respuestas a mis preguntas de inmediato,

El apartamento era lindo y limpio.
La ducha tiene buena presión de agua.
Está muy cerca de gran vía.
El edificio tiene ascensor.
La anfitriona fue muy atenta.
El barrio, si bien está muy próximo a gran vía actualmente hay arreglos en la zona por lo que es difícil transitar sobre todo con maletas, los autos no llegaban por esa razón y había bastante polvo en el ambiente.
Muy cerca hay un colegio que da alimentos a personas en situación de calle por lo cual todas las tardes había muchas personas en situación de calle cerca del edificio.
El apartamento está bien pero es interior y no hay muchas ventanas.
Si bien está bien equipado podrían agregar una jarra eléctrica, caldera para calentar agua o cafetera porque no había.

The apartment is a 6-minute walk from Gran Via, which means it's close to virtually all of Madrid's tourist attractions. We were 3 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need.

Nuria is a very pleasant hostess.

I would like to spend a few seconds because I would simply like to say how good we were in this location.
Clean, comfortable, walking distance to everything. Personally, I'm already suggesting Cosy Apartment Malasaña to some friends. Nuria, the owner is a very kind person who stood in touch with us , during our vacancy with dedication and presence for anything we wanted. A whatsapp message was enough and she was there to help...!! thank you very much lovely place

Small details of attention to us from the host were very pleasant.
On the weekend the neighboring apartment was noisy till late at night,

Property was very good and quite and even near the Gran Via. Nuria was very helpful person and spoken good english. We slept 4 comfortable as there are 1 main bedrooms and 1 twin room.
The bathroom is the only did not like as it is a bit too small especially the toilet space and getting in or out of the shower too restricted but on the hole one can get used to it too,

the apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, you can easily walk everywhere, the house is full with every equipment you may need for comfortable leaving

Malasana is great location for tourists with many small and nice restaurants and the flat is really quiet. We almost have not used underground as everything is in walking distance. The apartment was really comfy for 4 persons. The host is great with so detailed instructions and ready to answer all our questions.

Location was perfect as within 5-15 minute walk of most sights, attractions and restaurant/bars. Highly recommend the buzzing Mercado De San Miguel - crazy but fun! Taxi driver found apartment easily when we arrived and the Metro worked a treat when we left.
Shower power was good and beds comfortable. Loved stepping out the door into the heart of the city and yet it was a quiet apartment - no neighbourly noise heard.
Communication with host Nuria was impeccable!
Limited natural light as very few windows so apartment was a bit dark but we were hardly there so didn’t massively affect our visit.

The location of the apartment is great and although the building is old the apartment seems to be recently renovated. The owner is friendly and helpful.
Not having a strong enough air conditioner in the bedrooms and living room / kitchen to cope with Madrid's heat.

It's an old building with thin walls, there was some noise from neighbours late in the evening or in the night.

The flat is in a very nice area close to everything, yet calm and comfy
One more thing Nouria let us stay longer then we were supposed to and we could even leave the bags in the house

The smell coming from the drain in the bathroom
WiFi router should not be placed where people sleep
Also because of the placement of the router the coverage wasn't really good in the entire apartment
The cleaning lady saw 8 glasses and made a comment "oh someone had a big party" ....I simple invited my Volleball mates to get a drink and celebrate our silver medal - we had a glass or 2 and left the place around midnight on Saturday evening, so no lady ,no big party was placed in the house!

Excellent location. Great kitchen and living room. Bedrooms fit family of 4 well. Outstanding communication and checkin process. Allowed us to check in early. All amenities covered well.
