The staff were excellent, reception is open 24h and they are very responsive

I could hear other guests, walls are thin and not soundproofed at all. I’d have loved having a fridge in the room. Rooms are a bit outdated but it’s still good value for money.

Everything we needed, parking on the street was free. Old style hotel, but clean and confortable.

Very close to the road so you will hear the trafic noise all the time. No fridge in the room and old furniture. The price was very high for all the facilities.

In walking distance to my son. Market across the road. Next to nice restaurant. Very friendly even though the language barrier was a struggle.

Limited access to hot drink to when restaurant is open. No fridge. Internet a bit patchy.

Although we thought it looked dubious from the front. We were surprised to see how friendly and clean it was.

We have to learn not to judge a book by its cover.

Three stars hotel but very nice. Room clean- nice bed. You have everything what do you need. Bathroom with shower where you can find soup and shampoo :) in room air conditioner - small but working. guy in reception very kind, even if he doesn’t speak English well he tried his best to help and answer for all questions. Under is bus stop if you want go to the beach. Airport 15 min away.

The price should be set lower given the level of services the place provides. There are other places with better services and conditions and cost less.

Our stay was excellent. We love the location, so close to Monasterio de Santa Faz! The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Only criticism is there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. And at present the restaurant/bar is closed due to covid measures- there is however a cafeteria open further in the street.

The room was nice and large. The staff was OK.

The air conditioning was TERRIBLE! It was like sleeping in an oven! It was mid-July, so the room was hot and stuffy despite the air conditioning being turned on. We tried sleeping with the window open, being on the second floor, it was noisy, and we couldn't sleep.

Room was clean

Parking was an issue. Had to pay 8 euros for off street parking. While taking a shower, I slipped in the bath and nearly broke my toe in the plug hole. Water was hot but most of it went straight down said plug hole. Needed more pressure or different show head. Quite a lot of road noise and form other guests. The rooms didn’t seem very well insulated for noise. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it.
