Typical Croatian hotel, had a more personal feel.

We were on the top floor and it was quite tiring climbing the stairs

We liked breakfast, dinner, service . Staff were very helpful and so nice. Cleanliness of rooms, very comfortable beds, good wifi, great location for walking and finding amazing restaurants.

Location was great for exploring cavtat is a beautiful area. Daily maid service.. staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

I did find the room very dark due to window covering which could not be opened back as window was very high and the room and bathroom needs updating it was an attic/ top bedroom alot of steps..for an older person this could be an issue.

Small, intimate hotel in a perfect location. couldn’t fault the staff or the food

it was the perfect location by the water in Cavtat. it is by the taxi stand and bus station but you do not notice these. The staff are very friendly and the rooms clean. The restaurant is also very nice.

In a superb location in the centre of Cavtat this hotel provides a full breakfast and has a restaurant that is open all day. The rooms are spacious and uniquely furnished. The nearest swimming has steps into the sea and showers is one minute away.

There is no lift.

Perfect Location. Such friendly and helpful staff. Really made us feel at home. Great rooms with balcony and comfortable bed.

Very quaint little place in an amazing location on the bay. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Their restaurant was also excellent food.

Top Class. Cant recommend highly enough. 5 nights late August 22. Clean, simple, yet spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect and quiet at night. Recommend rooms 7 & 8 which share the large balcony looking out onto the Water Polo field. Staff were helpful but not intrusive. Breakfast was good... ideal for couples without children

The staff were so helpful and AMAZING. They took excellent care of us the moment we arrived on their doorstep. We'd been in Croatia for a month and they were more than happy to help us up the stairs with our bags. We had a lovely room with a gorgeous view of the sea and even a little balcony with table and chairs. Our room was spacious and it was the most comfortable bed we slept in on our trip! Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, along with the taxi they arranged for our trip to the airport. On our next trip to Croatia, we will probably stay here instead of in Dubrovnik. You can catch a water taxi to Dubrovnik from Cavtat and we thought Cavtat was a much nicer and more intimate town on the water, but still nearby to everything you want to see and do in the area. Cavtat, and Villa Pattiera were an absolute highlight of our trip to Croatia. Next time, we'll stay for a few nights for sure. 5-stars all the way!

there are 2 rooms on the third floor with no elevator. the stairs are narrow and hard to bring luggage up. however, the bonus is the roof balcony.

The hotel is beautiful, it is very tastefully decorated., comfy bed, fridge and kettle in the room. The staff are very helpful and friendly 🙂
