Top class modern appartement. Outstanding facilities, great terrace. Correct and friendly reception

The studio apartment was amazing, fully equipped with all modern appliances. Had the chance to get a huge balcony with a lovely beach view. The beach is about 50 meters down crossing the main street. It is a very quiet location and very easy to reach from Split. The check-in was very easy and the staff was very supportive and cleaned daily our room.

Nothing to dislike - everything was excellent.

The location is convenient and very close to the beach, on the other side of the rather busy road. Unfortunately, the exit from the property by car is a disaster - only the right (and very tight) turn is allowed making the maneuver quite tricky and sometimes dangerous (most drivers turn left however, when needed, ignoring the double line). Grocery market within the 100m distance south, no walking path along the road to the north - in Split direction. Rooms are very tidy, cleaned daily, including fresh towels. Beds comfortable except syntethic pillows which resist shaping. It takes time to make your neck and head comfortable. Beware the rooms on the 1st floor, sleepless nights guaranteed: three external AC units mounted below produce the sound of a medium-sized bomber aircraft, all through the night. Ear plugs do not help - low frequencies get through. Breakfasts were cloned / identical from one day to another, on these seven mornings, and all was industrial sliced and packed food except, perhaps, hard boiled eggs. Only fresh tomato, if you ask for vegetables, and apple, banana and peach. Nectar (not juice), milk, youghurt, cereals. Medium-strength coffee from a decent machine made the whole monotonous stuff easier to accept. The owners are helpful in making hot beverages. Payment for the stay: the card terminal in the reception declined two of our cards (debit and credit), on the unexplained grounds, as they were alive and kicking, as shown throughout the whole week and also finally, when alternative machine was offered by the hotel owner, which swallowed the payment smoothly at the first attempt. A puny "sorry" word was offered as the entire apology.

Mixed feelings, as evident from the text above. No sense to separate them. It is a combined transaction, and finally we claim it was worthy. Use our warnings to make it better for yourselves.

very friendly staff

A beautiful room with a sea view in a modern design, a large balcony from which you can watch the sunset. There is a small cute kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Large panoramic windows are closed with blinds from the sun, as well as thick curtains. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. The hotel is located a 10-minute drive from the city of Split, you can easily get to the city by car. There are cafes and bars on the beach. A place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The breakfasts are not a very wide range, but pretty tasty and satisfying. The staff is polite and responsive. We really liked to relax here, even regretted that we stopped for only 2 days. Highly recommend this hotel!

Well equipped apartment, with everything you need, also in the kitchen. Balcony with fabulous seaview. Near to the beach and next to the main road (but not noisy at all). Really nice personal. Good breakfast.

No wifi signal in the whole apartment, for example in one side of the bedroom. Apartment war in an attic, especially the bedroom had some "lower" areas, where you could hit your head.

Friendly and helpful hosts always willing to answer all your question, really good location very close to the beach - more less 5 min. walking. We had apartment with nice view on the seaside (spacious balcony). Everything was spotless and the room was clean and tidy + fully furnitured equals comfortable. Hearty and tasty breakfast. Easy connected with bus, you need something about 20 min. by bus to Split bus station from this place. Bakery and shop in the neighborhood. Perfect for a couple. Highly recommended!

Incredible views from the balcony, clean and nice rooms, good amount of space to live and cook in

Owners are very kind and helpfull. On first day our A/C got broken. Owner came with mobile A/C in about 3 minutes and gave us that night for free. Very nice attitude, we apreciated it. Next morning technician repaired A/C so it was working perfectly. Rooms are clean and nicely furnitured. Very good location, car is not needed. We liked breakfast aswell. Definatelly will come again.
