Everything was perfect! What I would highlight is the staff which was the most kind and helpful. Indoor pool and spa are great, room and bathroom are spacious. Location couldn't be better.

EXACTLY like the picture!! Extremely clean and very friendly staff, always going out of their way to help. It was my 30th birthday and on the morning complimentary Prosecco and birthday cake was brought out as a surprise and the breakfast included each morning was always delish! I recommend getting the hotel parking for €10 a day because it’s extremely convenient. It can be hard to park otherwise - we reserved before our stay! However, there is a car park 5 mins walk away that can give spaces. My favourite restaurant in Novigrad (for 19 years) is literally a 2 minute walk away with a great atmosphere and view. Its called *SIDRO* and it’s a lovely family run business with the best food! it’s very popular!! Rooms are cleaned daily and freshened up. cleaners very friendly. amazing beds and pillows. Also, the shower in the rooms is AMAZING!!

I’ve been to this hotel multiple times before renovations years ago. Always been a pleasure! This time with the new spa facilities added. When checking them out, I had a fright when I walked into the spa and straight into a naked man in the spa hall way downstairs. Then a naked women. *I later found out your ONLY allowed to be naked in the steam room*. Not my thing, but I remember this happening in a spa I went to Zagreb. I entered and 5 naked men where in the steam room. Anyway, if you want to avoid this happening. You can, as the spa is open from 10am till 10.30 at night! Basic, steam room, sauna, massages, rest rooms downstairs. Upstairs pool and jacuzzi. Upstairs was our favourite area. The receptionists were lovely and helpful to advise best times to use spa. For the rest of the trip we mainly had the spa to our selves. The spa was ALWAYS clean and the pool and jacuzzi area is very open and bright.

Nice position, good brekfast

The location is great, in the middle of the town, next to the seaside. The stuff was kind and the breakfast excellent. Moreover, all their spa service (pool, sauna) is free of charge,
