Hotel position good just far enough outside the town. Food very good at dinner and breakfast.
When we ordered our food we requested a break between courses, we noticed a party of 10 who had come to dinner at the same time, when we had our starters we reiterated about our break but the man who was in charge of the restaurant said our main course was coming. We realised the large party were part of a wedding group the following day. If the hotel had only asked us to change our reservation it would have helped then and would have prevented the upsetting situation when our main course arrived

We had a bath but the water was not set to sufficient a temperature to use it. Apart from that everything was first class.

It is very cozy hotel with a pool and an restaurant near the lavender field. You don't see it from hotel but you can smell it ;). The team is very helpful and speaks englisch. They helped us to manage our taxi rides. Grignan and the a supermarket can be reached by foot.

Ladies at the reception desk were cooperative and helpful, they booked for us the table in the restaurant nearby for the evening we came. Also, we got two comfortable beds, although the room we wanted was supposed to have only one big bed.
The communication with the staff before our arrival was perfect.
Very good internet connection.
There was no possibility to make tea or coffee in the room.
No comfortable place to work using the laptop, even in our "superior" room.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful, the hôtel and room were exceptionaly well heated given the freezing mistral blowing during our stay

The staff was really kind and welcoming, I could feel the warmth of a family run business. I was surprised by the possibility to use common spaces without wearing a mask (covid pass was checked immediately upon arrival). The resturant included in the hotel building (the staff asked whether I was interested in reserving a table when I booked my room) was extremely good and again the service was very kind.

When pointed out the blurb said there was a kettle in room one was immediately provided although apparently they do not normally provide a kettle and the description was wrong.

A perfect location with sight of the old city. Our room was comfortable and spacious and we very much enjoyed both our dinner on the terrace and the breakfast.

Quiet location, staff very helpful and helped store bikes securely, delicious dinner
tables needed to be a bit more spaced out at breakfast - with regards to Covid precautions
