Extraordinary view of a very beautiful coast if you like rocky beaches. There was a place close by to charge our bikes and we were also able to repair our broken pannier there. It was a great second day stop from Porto. People at the hotel were very friendly and helpful!

Amazing location right on the sea front with stunning views. Rooms were large, spacious and very clean with a love balcony overlooking the sea and super bathroom. Would recommend staying here and would book again if visiting Viana do Castelo. Right on the Camino coastal route. If I have any comment it would be the restaurant - my vegetables (spinach) weren’t the best but that is personal choice.

kitchen limited hours including for room service. the chair in the room was hard plastic and very uncomfortable. The room had only 2 power plugs in the whole room in the desk area. No plugs near the bed

The roomservice was a disaster (when you rater yourself with 4 stars + charge for it - I have expectations) I came for the Spa/pool but it closes early un Sundays! All in all the level of information and lack thereof and management is where I'll put my criticism ( not the staff)

Excellent location and facilities! the room is enormous and the bed very comfy!

the staff was not very helpful. the prices during this week were very high mainly because of neopop festival. however the staff was surprisingly very strict in the checkout time even knowing that the hotel was full bec of the festival! not very professional unfortunately!!

The location was ideal & the facilities were good. view from the balcony was just great.

I think the postcode on Booking. com was incorrect & sent us into a docks/industrial area. However this was soon corrected & we were only half a mile away from the hotel.

The hotel has some good aspects for example the room we stayed in was large with a nice balcony with sea view. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly

The hotel seems to be adjacent to the docks area which is a little off putting as you approach - it is some distance from the centre of the town. We didn’t like that we couldn’t get any food before 8pm when restaurant opened

Breakfast as a bit sparse but this might have been to covid issues.

Dinner options were limited and the item we chose was no longer available even thought we were one of the first patrons to arrive. Found it costly for what was served. Steak, rice with beans no vegetables or salad.
