Very nice location right in front of the beach…. The hotel was very clean and well maintained despite being already a bit older…. They told us that the hotel will close now to be completely refurbished and renovated and will become a four star hotel … Staff was very friendly ! But best of all - the amazing ocean view from the 7th floor !! 😍😍😍 (definitely worth paying a little bit extra for a room with sea view !)

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast ! The products were of basic quality - juice from concentrate, coffee was not good, sausages very artificial… the fruit salad looked like it came out of a can… the quality of the breakfast was really not great !

Wspaniała lokalizacja, piękna plaża. Bardzo życzliwy personel, pokój bardzo duży, nowoczesny, czysty( bardzo dziękujemy bardzo miłej pani sprzątającej). Bardzo wygodne łóżko, poduszka trochę mniej, ale każdy ma inne upodobania. Na śniadanie bardzo duży wybór: na ciepło i zimno, owoce, słodkie przekąski, w dzbankach świeże soki. Kolacja smaczna , z dużym wyborem dań na ciepło i zimno, duża ilość ciast, owoców, były lody. Na śniadaniu i na kolacji nigdy niczego nie brakowało, donoszono jedzenie do ostatniej minuty. Przy basenie cicho, chwilę tylko grała muzyka przy gimnastyce. Bardzo dziękujemy, czuliśmy się u Was bardzo dobrze.

Die Lage des Hotels, Strandnæhe, Nähe Einkaufsmeile, Citylage, tolles Doppelzimmer z. Alleinnutzung (AI)mit Dusche und Poolblick. Sauber und guter Service. Hilfsbereit und sehr nette Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen.

Am Balkon die Glaswand. gefællt mir nicht. Ungemütlich. Alle v. Pool konnten mich beobachten. Fühlte mich wie auf den Præsentierteller. Ein Liegestuhl wære super gewesen oder ein Sonnenschutz, da es Südseite war.

Location - excellent, Dining - excellent, Staff - excellent, Hotel facilities and entertainment - very good

There was a little inconvenience with a non-functioning toilet, but this was fixed promptly after anouncing the problem at a reception.

Thank you very much for everythink. Our Holiday in Hipotels Don Juan was a fantastic Dream. The people who work here are always willing and love their job. We will be happy to come back...maybe sometime later...

The breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly. The entertainment was great and the hotel was in a great location. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

The sound between rooms could have been a bit better. The beds were quite hard so the comfort of the mattress could be improved. Other than that we were happy with everything else.
